Muilt pools, when you ask something of the staff. They were accommodating. Location was nice.
I wanted a ocean view. The sliding door were very hard to open and close. Not really a complaint. It was my first visit. Wish the check in staff. Would give you more details about where everything was. And what was offered for your stay. There were signs, but would have been nice to feel a little more welcome. Guest informed me about trolley available and where the breakfast area was. Didn't fine about there was a movie room until passing it. But overall nice hotel.
Pools were fun, clean and nice size. Faciity was large, rooms were nice family size (4). But the elevators kept malfunctioning. Doors were continuously slamming while adults and children were trying to enter and exit the elevator cars. Children were fearfu they could stuck and miss their floor. I was there for 6 days and I do not believe they were properly repaired until we were planning to leave on our 5th day.

The property was beautiful and huge. For our 3 day stay, we didn’t even get to enjoy all the beautiful amenities, like extra pools, movie theatre, kids club, guy, restaurant, etc! The staff were amazing and shout out to Levi who was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, and checking in periodically to make sure we were content!

The location was pretty good. The outside pool on the beach side was a plus. The breakfast bar was very good.
The windows were fogged up and the balcony door opened really hard. The inside pool would have been a lot nicer if it was a little opened to the outside so it wasn't quite so hot in there. Same with the outside pool bar. Tiki bars should feel a little more open to the elements since you are there for the beach and the vibe. When you are paying a large amount for a room you shouldn't have to pay extra to park also.
Enjoyed cleanliness and kid's activities. Our grandson really enjoyed.

My family loved pool, and how close the beach it was . Our room was exceptional!
How far away we were from restaurants.
The property was overbooked, which resulted in an upgrade from an ocean-view room to an oceanfront room. However, our room configuration was changed from two queen beds to one king bed with a sofa bed, which was less suitable for our needs.
To make matters worse, the front desk staff was rude and demonstrated poor customer service throughout our interaction, leaving a very negative impression of the overall experience.
