Virginia Beach is our go to beach and now holiday inn will be our go to hotel!
Pros:

There was an abundance of things to do for our children while there, from the kids kamp to the pools. The suite was very spacious and the layout was great with a huge bathroom!! The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our whole stay. They went above and beyond for us with anything we needed, just can’t say enough good things about them! The location worked very well for us, having our small grandchildren with us the beach wasn’t as crowded at the north end and they were able to truly enjoy playing in the sand. Traffic wasn’t bad either on this end of the beach and there is a convenience store right across from the hotel. This will be our new go to spot every year!!

Old hotel that needs lots of maintenance done. Customer service was very lackluster. They didn’t clean the pool very well. Elevator is absolutely terrible

The only thing that was easy about the the check in process. That was easy and fast.

Cons:

The staff didn’t want to give me a blanket for the pullout sofa. The pullout itself was half broken and stained. We only had one pillow for it and was told they would bring one up but it never made it. I was honest when I made my reservation and told them I had 8 in the 2 rooms I rented. We get up for breakfast and was told we had to pay for it they didn’t honor the free breakfast from booking. com. I tried to speak with the manager but he was never available
