I noticed there are newly renovated rooms that are more comfortable than mine; upon entering, there was a strong odor—though it did go away during my stay—so I’ll pay attention to these details when I return.

Winston, Toren, Levi at the front and EVA in the restaurant were very pleasurable and responsive to any needs we had! Great place overall and friendly staff!

Cons:

Out dated beds room had water damage on top walls wall paper peeling down. Sliding door broken would not close. Also when I got there charged for parking after my booking was paid up . Also did not want to pay for everyone in the room to eat breakfast after already paid had to fight them on that.

La ubicación y las albercas fue lo mejor

Cons:

Las habitaciones es muy pequeñas para su precio. Las camas son muy duras y la puerta. Tenías que empujarla para que pudiera cerrar o jalarla muy fuerte para poderla abrir y la máquina de hielo en el piso que estábamos no estaba funcionando

We had a lovely week.
Pros:

its location right by the sea . Mr. Berke, the receptionist, is truly an excellent person. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, he took care of everything—whether it was room cleanliness or parking. Every facility needs an employee like Mr. Berke.

Cons:

The most ridiculous thing about the place: paying for a package that includes breakfast for four people, only to have two of them admitted when you go down to eat, while the other two are told they have to pay for breakfast all over again? 🤔 How absurd and nonsensical.

Loved being able to walk right on to the beach everyday!!
Pros:

Likeed the location to the ocean and our granddaughter loved the pools

Cons:

We did not have internet service in our room.
The shower did not drain very well
And room was pretty dated.

has no room safe, worn furniture and lamps. Balcony doors don't slide

Cons:

Overall the hotel staff and especially the resturant staff were inattentive. The buffet breakfast was terrible, the French toast was cold, danish was stale. Food area not that clean. Had to get up from the table to find a waiter for coffee and glass of water. Long wait for a table.

Pools were great

Cons:

The pool was not kept very clean on the deck area by water dirty toilet tissue bandaids etc
Safety , our room keys were programmed to another party and they walked in our room .
