It was cheap and did the job
Pros:

Awesome staff to welcome me when I arrived and departed. Room was a nice size and it had what I needed

Cons:

Saw some bugs when we got to our room. We didn’t actually have windows, they were mirrors with a curtain covering them. So we didn’t have natural light at all. Some stains on the towels

My stay was awful and I couldn’t wait to leave.

Perfect location
Pros:

The location was perfect! So close to Colonial Williamsburg & downtown. Lots of shops and restaurants. The room was very large, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The water for the shower didn't get that hot. 😔

The staff was very nice and understanding.

Cons:

We found live roaches in the kitchen area and the bathroom. We also found roach traps in the kitchen so they are aware of the problem.

I love the kitchen and how comfortable the bed and pillows were.

Cons:

I didnt like that your site says you offer continental breakfast and your staff says you don't offer it. I also didn't like that my room had roaches in it.

The rooms were big kitchen was nice.

Cons:

We arrived to what we were told was a pet friendly hotel to them saying they no longer accept pets but thankfully allowed ours. Also they advertise as free breakfast hotel but do not have breakfast. Then I asked for pots for the kitchen in our room were told they'd be coming and the whole week never got them. There was only 2 plates cups and sliver wear sets for a 4 person hotel room. We left our trash outside our room in the morning for house keeping but they never took it so we had to take it to the dumpster.

Everything,roach in the bathroom, no coffee maker in the room NO BREAKFAST but it's advertised as having breakfast funky smell, carpet felt wet,smelled of weed at the check in desk,garbage can at the door to enter smelled like a dead body,lock on the door was broken

Really terrible but was the only room available in the Williamsburg area.

Location was good, centralized to everything

Cons:

Property was not clean, rooms smell, hallways smell bad.
Bed Linens were stained
Towels were stained.
Bathroom needed cleaning.
TV signal was bad, kept loosing the channel.
