Location
I live two hours away and this hotel is perfect for me when I fly out in the morning and come and spend the night before my flight. I got a remodeled room, had a nice dinner in their great restaurant and felt relaxed the next day. The staff work very hard to make you feel comfortable.
I didn't find anything that could have been improved.
The room
Did not have time for breakfast.
We arrived late at night about 9-10.
And we had to catch a 7:00 am filght.
So we just checked in, slept a little, and then off to catch the early mornig flight.

Very comfortable bed, quiet environment, great location, super friendly staff and timely shuttle service! So Clean too!
Room and staff friendliness
Breakfast was a bit limited.
Fresh decorating, comfortable bed and room, inviting public area, and just steps away from the Light Rail. Can easily walk to the hotel from the airport, if you’re traveling light (I had a medium suitcase, a carry-on, and a backpack). Two restaurants nearby: Thirteen Coins or Denny’s.

Very comfortable and good shuttle service.
Area around the airport is not easy to drive if you are not familiar with it.
The mattress was sagging severely, which prevented me from getting a good night's sleep.
For several days, I unknowingly drank contaminated water from the 11th-floor hydration station. When I filled a clear bottle, the water was dark yellow and rusty. The hotel only placed an "Out of Order" sign on the machine after I alerted the front desk.
