Definitely disappointed in our stay and definitely did not meet the standards of any Marriot we have

Location fine for our needs

Cons:

Air conditioner kept us awake blasting on and off all night. So annoying! We were there to sleep and we didn’t. Didn’t stay second night because of it and no refund as prepaid through third party or whatever. So disappointed!

i love this place but no one wants to enforce the rules

friendliness, but lack of quiet in bar as people brought their own wine and pizza while
I spent 16.00 per glass of wine in an area where others brought food and drink and NOISE beyond belief

Could’ve stayed somewhere else for cheaper and get better service
Pros:

The girl that was supposed to make breakfast wasn’t there so they had no breakfast. They changed the sheets on you once every other day so you didn’t get towels or nothing so the two days that was there you get nothing.

Cons:

There was one gentleman there that tried to do his best

I would stay again if I was traveling to this area for work.
Pros:

The staff was great. Gary the assistant GM who is also running the kitchen was excellent. Very friendly.

Pros:

The manager was amazing he came to our room and helped us set the thermostat. He was so kind and polite. He was working Saturday, Dec 13. Please tell him how much we appreciated his attention to detail.
