Pros:

Location is everything for this hotel. There are so many places to eat, shop, and entertain yourself within waking distance. Universal Studios was a short, convenient drive.

Cons:

The carpets need to be updated or stretched at the very least.

Practical Luxury with Great Views
Pros:

Great central location within walking distance from downtown Burbank, the shuttle service to and from the airport made this a very practical stay without a car. The fantastic service, Clearview Rooftop bar, koi garden, pool, and delicious drinks and meals far exceeded our expectations when traveling to meet family from out of town.

The rooms are outdated and need to be renovated. They look old and don’t reflect the quality that guests expect from this hotel. A complete room renovation would make a huge difference and significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Great location for Hollywood attractions
Pros:

Perfect location for Universals and Warner Bros. Easy parking. Nice restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

Room not cleaned each day. Coffee not replaced. Apparently this only occurs on request.
Breakfast included is only a value each day you can spend up to and a normal breakfast is more expensive than the allowance.

Don’t be fooled by the photos
Pros:

Over two nights we had to get our keys reprogrammed 3x. Also the WiFi is essentially useless, the televisions are from the 80s and the bathroom lighting/fans are not worthy of a one star motel.
