Camere brutte, scure... ventola collegata alla luce del bagno troppo rumorosa, rendeva fastidioso anche solo lavarsi i denti. Non si poteva spegnere.

The property was VERY nice and close to Universal Studios Hollywood. The front desk staff were very helpful and checked us in quickly. There were a lot of cute stores and restaurants near by and they were all in walking distance. The parking garage was easy to access. The views from the hotel of the city were breathtaking!! The elevator was glass on the backside so we got to see the view all the way up to our room. The room was spacious and had a desk and mini fridge. The hallways were quiet, which we really liked. We had a great stay!

It was in a convenient location near shopping and restaurants. Universal Studios about 15 min drive. We could actually see Universal from our hotel room and actually could see the hotel from Universal. Loved the bar and coffee shop as well!
It was a super hot day maybe 100 degrees for October! Took quite awhile for the room to cool down which wasn’t ideal when it’s hot. We had to leave a few hours came back after dinner then it was fine.
I really liked the gym and the refillable water station
Lobby is beautiful. Room noise, I coud easily hear talking and tv in the adjoining room. Also the air conditioner was very noisy. However, I left an itme in the room and the next day called. I spoke with Justin, the supervisor. He located my missing item and kept it safe for me until I was able to pick it up a day later.
