Was a little bit small tbh but I suppose that’s what a hotel room is normally like and maybe could do with any sort of fridge or appliances whatsoever

Die offene Gestaltung des Zimmers war super schön, dazu noch die Aussicht und die Badewanne mitten im Raum. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es war sehr staubig, vereinzelt Flecken auf den Möbeln und Haare in Dusche und Toilette. Das bereitgestellt Duschgeln und Badesalz roch sehr alt und streng.Der Fernseher hatte keine Streamingdienste und nur Niederländische Sender. Das Doppelbett ist permanent auseinander gerutscht. Parkplätze waren sehr klein

The cleaning was not good enough and the staff was meh. The sofa in the room was flat out dirty.

Price. Too expensive. Have previously stayed at this hotel for half the cost.
The staff was very junior, made lots of mistakes, such as charging wrong amounts and in advance ending up in painful reconciliations. Also, they were so junior that they were afraid i would leave the hotel without paying 18 euro difference - that they walked into my room at 23.00 at night. Very inappropriate.

Very friendly staff. The room + facilities + view + location really awesome!
The room was not clean (alot of dust under the bed), the TV did not wok and the concierge could not make it work.
The parking is not private as announced, it is public, and there was no parking available when I arrived. This is really deplorable because I organize car rallyes and not acceptable to advertize "private parking" when it is not.
The breakfast is nothing to rave about, although for a beautiful property sich as the Pontsteiger there is much room for improvement
The location and the view for the loby
The room we got (which was not cheap at all) had a very misleading description and it was awful from many perspectives. First there were no windows at all which was not mentioned explicitly in the room description (deceiving people with pictures of the other areas of the hotel with a great view), there were no walls in the room, only huge glass panels towards the corridors of the hotel, where people are walking!! People that had a direct view in your room. You could close the curtains but that of course made immediately (the without windows) room being sad and clostophobic. The size of the room was extremely small, only the bed fit in there and barely a small table. Terrible.
