The rooms were excellent and the staff most accomodating

Location was good and did not have the breakfast

Cons:

Did not agree with paying extra for parking when nightly rates are higher than most other similar accomodation places. I did think the apartments being pet friendly was great as we had our pet in Melbourne for eye surgery

Most was good. No complaints

Cons:

Access via the car park. It would be more helpful if you could swipe into the lift area rather than pressing the “phone” buzzer. This was particularly annoying out of hours.

Pros:

The hotel had all the essentials for our trip, including a kitchen, gym and laundry facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pop-up kiosk outside the hotel was a great place to get food, coffee for breakfast, or juice.

Cons:

The mattresses need to be cleaner and covered with proper mattress protectors rather than just sheets, as they had large stains on them.

Unhappy about cleanliness on arrival
Pros:

Quite disappointed. Expected better cleanliness standards. Very dusty, hair left around. Room did not look like it had been cleaned properly.

Good comfortable stay with friends
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Prior to our stay, we called them requesting an earlier check-in, and they gave it to us complimentary. The room we stayed in was very spacious, and there were lots of great amenities in the room. The beds were also very comfortable.

Cons:

The lights in the room, at times, didn't work properly, which wasn't great. Also, having to pay for parking while you're a guest isn't the most ideal arrangement

Outstanding Hospitality and Support
Pros:

Ashley, Ria and Ariyan are an amazing team. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with kindness and care.

The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We felt relaxed the whole time. Their service, communication, and teamwork were excellent.

Everything was smooth and stress free. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Ok, so l found in the morning people were slamming the doors closed so loud that it shook my room and it was constantly which made it impossible to sleep in, apart from the door slamming l didn't have an issue with anything else.
