My experience was not great or very comfortable given the price I paid.
Pros:

Location, secure carpark, north facing room - lots of sunlight and warmth, cooking facilities, comfortable room amenities

Cons:

I was initially assigned to a room on the 4th floor. I found dirty utensils, bowls, glasses, carpet and bedsheet stains, holes in furniture, dirty chair and bathroom floor. A lot of loud door slamming noises and people talking coming from the hallway, definitely not soundproof as stated in the room description on booking.com.

Next morning I asked the reception to change the bedsheets as they were stained. When I came to the room later that day, the changed bedsheets had even more stains - human blood/ body fluids stains - on them. I took photos of the stains and showed them to Aroma, who came to my room and noted the stains and holes in furniture. She moved me to another room on floor 3 which she said was alot newer and was in much better condition. It still had some stains on bedsheets, which Aroma told me was 'to do with the company who cleans them'. I am left thinking why I was initially put in an 'older' room instead of a newer room when I first checked in.

The description of the cleaning services provided were vague. The both cleaning services to my room involved changing towels and replenishing coffee/tea/milk sachets in kitchen. No floors, kitchen counter, bath sink or toilet were cleaned in the full cleaning service. So no difference between small (2nd day) and full (4th day) cleaning.

Pros:

It's a great location, walking distance to our suppliers and the bed is comfortable. Shower was hot and there's a good 5G signal in the area.

Quest Hotel is awesome!!
Pros:

I went here on a school trip and the service was very helpful and outstanding. Deni, the lady at the reception is very lovely and sweet as she helped me with many problems. The rooms are also very nice. I would recommend staying here

Will definitely stay again!
Pros:

My daughter and I traveled for a basketball tournament and we loved everything about our stay! The lady at reception was lovely, the beds were comfy, the room was spacious and the location was in a lovely quirt spot. I also love the fact that decaf coffee was available for me

Pros:

Room as great and quiet. Only issues were the crumbs and dirty cutlery in the dishwasher but I was still happy with the apartment and the stay.

Quest Burwood East Stay Survey
Pros:

Excellent place to stay when you are on a holiday or a business trip. I really enjoyed the rooms with balcony for relaxing the place as well was close to the main driveway easy to catch tramp and bus rides to wherever you want to travel to.

Location was good and did not have the breakfast

Cons:

Did not agree with paying extra for parking when nightly rates are higher than most other similar accomodation places. I did think the apartments being pet friendly was great as we had our pet in Melbourne for eye surgery
