Nearest accommodation to family. Restaurant catered easily for a family meal.

Cons:

We were accommodated in a separate building which meant on a wet and windy day, coats and umbrellas were needed to go to dinner and breakfast.
The bathroom needed refurbishment. Cracked sink and poor shower. The towels smelt strongly of bleach and were old and thin.
Breakfast juice was awful. Thin and watery as if made from powder and water added. Food ok.

Nice staff, average facilities and food
Pros:

The staff were lovely especially our server for the evening meal. The food was good though not exceptional

Cons:

The restaurant and our room were cold. The big issue was that the door handle in the bathroom had completely fallen off on both sides. Why didn’t housekeeping report this??? Easily possible to get locked in

Location 20 mins drive to ryhl & prestatyn 40 mins drive to Llandudno and Conway.

Good comfortable bed in good position

Cons:

The evening meal. Pies the pastry was rock hard a whole large carrot on the plate not cooked and other veg asked for more gravy was told the kitchen was closed at 8 o’clock.

Evening meal (burger) came with very small portion of chips and the 3 onion rings as an add on for £1.50 was disappointing. Was like they were on rations
