Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, está muy bonito y limpio, el personal que nos recibió el equipaje súper atento.
No me gustó que al llegar a la habitación había una lámpara que no funcionaba y quedaron en venir a cambiar el foco y nunca llegaron, la chica de recepción solo se dedicó a cobrar y ni nos dio información sobre el wifi y si teníamos algun beneficio que incluyera la estancia, en la habitación había una neverita con bebidas y estaba cerrada con llave nunca nos dijeron si se podía consumir o pagar 🤔, quise usar la cafetera cuando la conecte prendía y apagaba y nunca la pude usar. La verdad deben mejorar la atención en las habitaciones.

Los cuartos se sienten un poco descuidados, les falta un mantenimiento general. Todo es funcional, solo no se siente que el costo beneficio se justifique.

Salvo el servicio y unos tacos muy buenos en el restaurante del Hotel. El resto deja mucho que desear
Las instalaciones están por debajo de 3 estrellas. Es un hotel viejo, rozando la obsolescencia a precio de Hotel de categoría superior. Moqueta vieja y desgastada que necesita cambio, olor a viejo, (habitación 1019), puertas interiores de las habitaciones de más de 40 años, muebles más de lo mismo, los baños no tragan bien (habitación 1224). Solo se salva la cama y la TV, el resto de la habitación deja mucho que desear para este nivel. Me he cambiado de habitación 3 veces, en la 3ra ya me di cuenta que todas son iguales y que no valía la pena seguir insistiendo. Lo increíble fue que busqué ascenso a piso ejecutivo y la sorpresa fue que la habitación era ídem al piso estándar. (habitación del piso 22).
