La puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien; Apareció una cucaracha en el baño; el agua del lavabo no se iba; al bañarse se sale toda el agua (mala idea de poner solo un pequeño tramo de vidrio en la tina); la barbacoa y las carnitas del restaurante estaban de horror; el check-out tarda horas...
Tienen una muy buena marca y excelente ubicación, el área de oportunidad que tienen es GIGANTE.

Habitación amplia con una cama muy cómoda y con sábanas suaves y frescas. Las vistas desde hotel hacia la ciudad son bellísimas y su cercanía al paseo de la reforma lo hacen una opción excepcional para estar en la ciudad. Cada vez que llego a CDMX voy a Fiesta Americana y al concierto de Kika Edgar, en 2 ocasiones he pedido 4 copas para llevármelas ya que destapamos una botella de Champán con ella, pues no me las quisieron prestar para que me las llevara al Cantarol, me dijo la recepcionista que dejara 2000 pesos de depósito los dejé, llamo a su Jefe y le dijo que no, eso no es correcto
