La Srita Claudia en recepcion, excelente trato y orientacion, en el lounge de fiesta club, TODOS los integrantes del servicio son unas personas muy atentas, amables y dispuestas a ayudar, vale la pena el upgrade de habitacion para recibir el trato y gozar del servicio

O hotel era muito barulhento, tinha muito movimento de pessoas , como o hotel e enorme tinha muita convencao de empresas. Parecia que eu estava em uma estacao de metro ao sair , e tinha muito barulho na noite

El desayuno es un engaño, la reserva ofrece estadio CON desayuno, al llegar nos ofrecieron un supuesto upgrade q te daba acceso a una zona de desayuno más “exclusiva” la tal zona fue un desastre el desayuno limitado, sin variedad, frío, quisimos acceder al restaurante normal donde claramente era mucho mejor y el cual ya teníamos en la reserva y nos dijeron que debíamos pagar un adicional para acceder, el servicio es malo, el check in es demorado, la única persona q hizo la diferencia fue Ángel en el piso 22

We have stayed here twice before, service is excellent and beds are super comfortable. Having said that, we found our room in urgent need of maintenance, lamps were broken, closet needs repair , bedside tables are full of scratches. Closet had only 2 shelves and no drawers . Location is one of the best in the area, but its an old hotel and frankly you can stay at a newer one for the same prices. A couple of years ago prices were far more competitive and it was worth it, but not anymore. Ive stayed here 4 times, I dont think Ill return.
