Pros:

Great location, right in the centre. Clean, provides all the necessary. Managed by a wonderful family. They can organise everything for you and help you with the suitcases, transport, visiting the city and the surroundings but, at the same time, they are very respectful of boundaries.
You can feel the love for what they do.

The placement

Cons:

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. There were blowflies all over the room, and the smell of a rotten dead animal coming from the corner of the room was unbearable — it was so strong it literally woke us up during the night.

The bed sheets were covered in other people’s hair, and there were even dead blowflies stuck along the edges of the bedding. We honestly preferred sleeping without blankets rather than touching the sheets.

We were given only two towels for two people and nothing to dry our hands with. The shower curtain was ridiculously small and barely covered half of the shower entrance, causing water to splash everywhere. On top of that, the soap dispenser was falling apart whenever you tried to use it.

We tried contacting the hotel since there is no staff after 10 PM, but nobody responded or was reachable at all.

Next time, we would genuinely rather sleep in our car than stay here again.

Hotel se nalazi u samom srcu Sarajeva, na idealnoj lokaciji za istraživanje grada. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i profesionalno, uvijek spremno da pomogne i učini boravak što prijatnijim. Sobe su besprekorno čiste, moderno uređene i sve djeluje novo i pažljivo održavano. Cijeli hotel odiše toplom i prijatnom atmosferom, zbog čega se gosti osjećaju udobno i dobrodošlo tokom cijelog boravka.

Great Location - nice staff
Pros:

Unfortunately, we were told that the parking area was only 400 meters from the hotel. In reality, it is farther away, and the main problem is that the parking is located uphill, which makes it quite difficult to reach on foot. This information was neither mentioned during the reservation process nor stated in the parking description.

On the positive side, the staff was kind and pleasant, and the price was reasonable.
