Pros:

Perfect location and much needed parking spot. Clean, warm during our late autumn stay.

Cons:

Only accept cash payment for tourist tax and parking fee, although they have a working card terminal.

Pros:

Lokacija hotela je super,saj je blizu glavnega dela Sarajeva.Vse je dostopno brez avtomobila. Imaš možnost parkiranja v garaži z doplačilom-vse uredijo v hotelu,tudi prevoz do garaže. Osebje prijazno,še posebej receptorka,njej vse pohvale.

Decent room ruined by host hostility and misleading parking details
Pros:

The hotel itself is not bad—the rooms are clean and the beds are reasonably comfortable—which makes it a real pity. With proper hospitality and honest listing information, this could be a nice place to stay, but as it stands, I cannot recommend it.

Cons:

My experience at this property was severely spoiled by poor customer service and misleading information, leaving a very negative impression overall.

First and foremost, the attitude of the owner at reception was remarkably rude. From the moment we checked in, he gave off an unwelcoming energy and made us feel as though our presence was an inconvenience or burden. In contrast, his wife was pleasant—and honestly seemed a bit embarrassed by his behavior—but the hostile atmosphere created by the owner dominated our entire stay.

Secondly, the listing details regarding parking are quite misleading. The thumbnail image gives the impression that the garage is on-site or adjacent to the hotel, but it is actually a 5-minute drive away at the top of a very steep hill.

Todo, tuve muchas dudas eligiendo hotel . Me alegro de finalmente haber elegido este. Nos ayudaron con el parking, las habitaciones muy calentitas, limpias. A pesar de tener las habitaciones en el 3 piso, ni para mí ni para mis padres de 70 años (que están en forma) tuvimos problemas en subir el equipaje.
Está cerca de todo, lo que te permite pasar varias veces al día si necesitas algo de tu equipaje, dejar compras, pasarte al baño…volvería a elegirlo.

Bestes Hotel in der Altstadt!
Pros:

Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit der Mitarbeiter ist einzigartig. Obwohl es in der Altstadt liegt sind die Zimmer ruhig, modern, groß und sauber.

Sehr nette Betreiber mit einer phantastischen Lage!
Pros:

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die netten Betreiber und die phantastische Lage. Man ist wirklich innerhalb von zwei Minuten in der Altstadt! Es ist wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft, welche wir jederzeit wieder nehmen würden!

Cons:

Das einzige was ich Bemängeln kann, ist grundsätzlich, dass der Parkplatz etwas weiter weg steht. Wir wurden jedoch immer zum Fahrzeug gefahren, also kann ich dies nicht wirklich als Kritik verbuchen. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen hellhörig. Jedoch war dies nicht weiter schlimm.
