Pros:

Amazing views of Chicago and the property itself is very nice. The pool is slightly smaller than it looks on photos, but a good temperature.

Unfortunately, the reception staff were incredibly inefficient and left us stranded for over 1h30 at the start of our stay because they “couldn’t find our booking” and then miraculously it appeared. They offered us a $75 food voucher.

The level of warmth and customer service was generally very poor, but the rest of the stay was decent enough.

Just the size of the bathroom. Kinda small with 4 people. Other than that; everything was great

Cons:

Very average for the price point. Mostly we were only there to sleep and the beds were comfortable and nice. But the bathroom was old and in need of a remodel. As well as the room carpet and walls. Just a dingy vibe overall.

Now I know why it looked like a great deal…. It was too good to be true
Pros:

Location was decent for walking but very dirty and smelly

Cons:

Check in was told to us to come at 2:30 and then we waited till 4:00, everyone laying around and kids laying on the ground and then a long line at 4:00 so more waiting. Unfriendly staff, three towels in our room of 4 and when we asked the crew for more we were told no. Small elevators for 26 floors. Our room carpet was stained and the bathroom was dirty
