It was an amazing hotel. I would stay there over and over again.
Pros:

The hotel was great. Clean rooms, great food. They have a starbucks inside the hotel. For the meals at the restaurant or the Starbucks you can charge it to your room so you don't have to carry cash or card all the time. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The one thing I didn't like is that they don't take cash for incidentals and you need a card. The fee for incidentals is 100 per night, not 75.

J'aimerai savoir pourquoi je reçois ce type de mail alors que mon compte Booking a été piraté ! J'ai averti Booking.com ainsi que l'hôtel, mais malgré tout cela il semblerait que le séjour ait eu lieu, donc séjour effectué par les usurpateurs. Même si le site Booking a été piraté dans sa globalité, le service client ne se bouge pas beaucoup pour informer et prendre des mesures.

Pros:

The room was clean and nice with two beds, TV, coffee maker, and the stuff you would expect. The shower was really neat in that the floor was constructed to drain the water without a tub or other obstacles in your way. Nice view of the city where we were, and we were within walking distance of shopping and restaurants galore. Garage is attached to the hotel, and an elevator will take you straight to the lobby. The workout center has a lot of equipment, including something like 7 treadmills.

Cons:

Parking is $65 for 24 hours, and not great with the hourly rate either, so don't plan on a lot of in and out with the garage unless your credit card has a high limit. And don't drive anything too big, or your vehicle won't fit. Breakfast is a $29 buffet, or items off the menu, which aren't much cheaper. Drinks are included with the buffet though. There is no continental breakfast, but there is a line for pre-made breakfast items and coffee adjacent to the restaurant.

Great hotel if you want a roof terrace/pool
Pros:

Pool was a massive bonus with a lovely surrounding area hitting the sun at various points all day long. Pool was heated too.

A cama confortável e excelente localização

Cons:

O serviço é pessimo, tive que trocar de quarto 2x q equipe não verifica a acomodação antes do cliente entrar. A primeira veio a banheira estava suja. A segunda vez o cofre não funcionava! A equipe que me atendeu nas duas vezes nenhuma simpatia e com todo o transtorno o hotel não fez nenhum mimo pra compensar a chateação! Nem água ofereceram!

Was a beautiful place and everyone was very friendly! The pool area was also amazing!
Cons:

When I booked this room, it said breakfast was included. However, it was not. When I went to breakfast in the morning, staff at the dining area told me I needed my breakfast voucher so I questioned it at the desk and was told I only had a credit of $33 that would apply to breakfast and anything over that, per person, would be applied to my room charges. I was not aware I would need to pay anything extra. Clearly states breakfast included when I booked the room.

Decent and comfortable.
Pros:

Walkability to the bus stations and Navy Pier was nice.

Cons:

We expected the view of the pier, but instead got a view of a brick wall. We were unfortunately placed on the fourth floor, and did not make a request for the view. It was an oversight on our part.

also, if you take a hot shower, the condensation builds on the ceiling giving you a second shower after you’re done.

Perfect hotel if your not gonna spend much time in the hotel room itself, very comfortable and clean quality beds, great
Pros:

Location, Staff, Quality, Pool, Fitness Center.

Cons:

Not enough seating options in the pool area. No Living room area, Kitchen, Balcony, or anything for the room itself just a bed and bathroom, very small for the price.
