Staff was nice and hotel was very clean

Cons:

IHotel was nice and clean just read all terms and conditions they asked for bedroom tax which I found little strange should be included in the price staff was friendly I suggest hotel manager to put prices including bedrooms tax so people know they don't have to pay anything extra .I had to pay £30 on top which I am not happy about .

Nel annuncio presentano una struttura fantastica con 2 piscine e camere da sogno, una volta arrivati sul posto la struttura nulla a che vedere con le foto.. una piscina accessibile al 4 piano e l’altra al esterno non accessibile dal albergo ma con tariffe diverse e di sera si trasforma in discoteca fino le 4 del mattino.igiene scarsa e camere orribili da prendere in considerazione che per essere un 5 stelle e non avere nemmeno la doccia attaccata correttamente al muro è una vergogna.. sono stato veramente insoddisfatto! Non lo consiglio assolutamente. L’unico punto positivo è la posizione

Le déjeuner était super, le personnel très accueillant

Très grosse déception. Les photos ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité de l’hôtel.

Aucune intimité dans les chambres : les douches sont complètement ouvertes et les toilettes n’ont même pas de porte. Pour des familles et amis c’est compliqué…

Le bruit est insupportable. Le beach club situé juste à côté diffuse de la musique à un volume extrêmement élevé jusqu’à environ 3 h 30 du matin. Il est tout simplement impossible de dormir ou de se reposer.

Les oreillers sont extrêmement durs, il n’y a qu’un simple drap et la couverture est de très mauvaise qualité.

La douche est également un véritable cauchemar : l’eau est soit brûlante, soit glacée, sans aucune possibilité de régler une température tiède.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Le rapport qualité-prix est très décevant et le séjour a été gâché par ces nombreux problèmes.

Ruido insoportable 20 horas diarias

La habitación era grande

Cons:

El ruido continuo durante las 24h del dia ! De dia a las 6:00 empiezan las obras de enfrente, la carretera se escucha como si parasara por mitad de la habitación y a las 12 del medio dia la discoteca empieza hasta las 3:00 de la mañana . Asi que ninguna hora era buena para descansar
