Seems under renovation, with some workers with no previous advice
Lavana Hotel offers great value for money for a standard, clean, comfortable room in Chiang Mai. The location is fantastic for the Walking Street Market, fantastic restaurants, cafes etc literally on its doorstep. The room was quiet, clean and had all the amenities you would need.
The hot water in the shower was inclement and difficult to control!
the location is well situated in old city and very accessible to 7 eleven and Boots just steps away from the hotel. The staff were also very helpful in handling a mishap in my room and offered a new room in exchange. Highly recommended to stay in Chiang Mai

La limpieza, las instalaciones, la ubicación es buenísima.
The hotel was great. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was perfect. The pool was also a really nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The shower temperature could be a bit temperamental, switching from hot to cold to hot again without ever adjusting the handle. Also the ornamentation on the closet doors was beautiful, but it makes the dust next to impossible to clean, which definitely triggered my allergies
El personal fue muy amable, nos dejaron hacer late check out, un dia teniamos una actividad que nos recogia justo cuando empezaba el desayuno y nos lo dieron para llevar y otro dia pedimos a domicilio y el recepcionista estuvo atento para indicar al repartidor nuestra habitacion.
