There were less toiletries delivered to the room - we were two people, but the toiletries were on sufficient for one

Better customer service and ensuring the aircon is fixed would help your guests in future.

Good location and some staff were helpful

Cons:

The first room we were given which was delux smelled of mould so we asked for another room. The second room did not have aircon working. We got a third room with aircon just to sleep in for our final night. Being nagged to pay for the room change and being told we may have taken items (not true) was poor form.

Super rapport qualité prix pour ce superbe hôtel
Pros:

La situation de l’hôtel, les grandes chambres spacieuses, la navette gratuite pour rejoindre les différentes stations, le personnel souriant, la piscine, la propreté

Pros:

Great location to the beach, peaceful.
Lots of helpful staff around.
They gave us a packed breakfast because we checked out so early to get to the airport.

Cons:

We asked twice for the hotel trike to take us or pick us up and they weren't available.
We also had to pay an additional charge dor my 12 year old for each night even though we booked for 5 people and weren't told about the additional charge via Booking.com.
Not many other guests around so lots of staff just standing around.

Its a good stay, also as a western citicen

Its not real at the beach, you have to walk down some stairs, and other way up again
