Super rapport qualité prix pour ce superbe hôtel
Pros:

La situation de l’hôtel, les grandes chambres spacieuses, la navette gratuite pour rejoindre les différentes stations, le personnel souriant, la piscine, la propreté

Pros:

Great location to the beach, peaceful.
Lots of helpful staff around.
They gave us a packed breakfast because we checked out so early to get to the airport.

Cons:

We asked twice for the hotel trike to take us or pick us up and they weren't available.
We also had to pay an additional charge dor my 12 year old for each night even though we booked for 5 people and weren't told about the additional charge via Booking.com.
Not many other guests around so lots of staff just standing around.

Its a good stay, also as a western citicen
Pros:

Its not real at the beach, you have to walk down some stairs, and other way up again

Pros:

The room is so beautiful and the TV is smart. The pool is also nice.

Cons:

The staff is not favorable enough to give help when we asked to have our breakfast packed since we leave early at 6am. They don't want to pack our food even if it is already set in the restaurant. I was able.to have them prepare it, but when I asked for a paper cup to have my drinks for take out, I was told I have to pay for it. I payed for my buffet breakfast, and I was just asking for a few bread. Also, checkin was really pushed to be ready at 3pm and "earlier" checkin might be a challenge to them.
The room is just fascinating, just some other small things that made me sad.

Location is great but unfortunately our stay was a bit disappointing overall.
Pros:

Located really close to the beach and was only a 2 min walk down stairs to go for a dip. Beach towels were provided per room which was great. The hotel also offers free shuttle service down to dmall and anywhere along the route which ends at 5pm.

Cons:

I wouldn’t recommend booking any experiences/treatments with the hotel. We tried three times and unfortunately we were let down in all of them.

The hotel offered nail service which I was happy to pay a premium for the convenience. I showed them the photo of wha I wanted and they quoted me a price. However after organising and booking it when it came time to doing them, the nail technician put an extra charge on the bill which they did not tell me about before booking. After discussing it and mentioning that this was not the price they quoted me they took 14% off the total amount. Once I finally sat down to do my nails, the nail technician couldn’t even do the design that I had shown them PRIOR to booking. I had specifically asked if she would be able to do it and they assured me that she could. So in the end I ended up paying 2850 pesos for a basic design that took nearly 2 hours.

The next day, we spoke to the front desk about organising a land tour around Boracay to see the main sights. I asked specifically if this was a guided tour (ie someone who would do more than just drive us around, and would actually tell us a bit about each place) and they said yes, and they even come down to help take photos and walk with us. So we were happy to book with them. The guide picked us up and spoke no English and when we arrived at the first attraction he pointed to us to get out and walk along the path. Confused - we rang the hotel saying this is not what they said they would book for us, and they said they would call him. He then met us on the path and when we asked him about the place a friend helped us translate that he said he actually doesn’t know anything about it and can’t give us any information. We decided to go straight back to the hotel. We were definitely not paying for this.

We were really disappointed with the way these services were handled.

Très bon séjour, personnel adorable et emplacement idéal
Pros:

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un très bon emplacement, idéal pour profiter pleinement de Boracay. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable, souriant et toujours disponible pour aider. Les lits sont également très confortables, ce qui rend le séjour très plaisant.

Cons:

La présence de travaux dès 8h30 le matin, ainsi que le passage du ménage assez tôt (vers 9h), ce qui peut réveiller si l’on souhaite dormir un peu plus tard. La connexion internet dans la chambre est parfois instable.
