Location was by the bay area and you can easily walk to downtown.
The room drawer won't closed and need to get fixed.
Location but that’s only once you leave the facility; it is not set up to be a place to enjoy on the Bay; no relaxing lobby or outside area, pool is small, no shade over the pool, small cement area surrounding it, not a place to stay near
The rooms were small and average, and no common facilities that were inviting
Es un hotel muy viejo, y le falta mantenimiento
Habitaciones viejas, balcones peligoros para niños, Lobby oscuro y antiguo
Close to downtown and little italy
Bathroom sliding door was bad
The property was in a prime location.
The bathroom sink smelled rotten. There was also a piece of trash left in the shower from previous people. There were no towels by the pool and we had to continuously ask for them to be brought out. For the price, I would expect at least more cleanliness.
Only the location
I had to ask 4 times to clean my room and they promise they will clean it and they didn’t until the next day and I didn’t have clean towels for 2 nights
Bathroom was very small and we ran out of shampoo and conditioner the next day from our stay
Location
No microwave and ice machine was not working
Location
The property is old needs to update it old carpet.
Clean in a good place
The staff, the indian man or Pakistanian he was rude and not helpful he needs to learn more the customer service
The location is great!
Rooms are clean but dated
Staff was friendly. We got our room upgraded to a view of the harbor for free.
The parking is a nightmare. They charge $50 a night for parking even if there is no parking in their parking lot/garage. Everyone has access to the hotel parking areas. We circled for parking for 20 minutes until we got lucky and found a spot. The next night we had to outside of the hote parkingl. And was still charged the $50 fee for parking. Staff said there was a concert and that's why the parking lot was so full. I don't believe that's the case since we had issues the night before too. That parking should be for hotel guests only especially if you are charging people $50 a night for parking!
The balcony view was beautiful but the marijuana smell was strong as soon as we stepped on the balcony. We saw the man who was smoking just 2 balconies from us. The smell consumed our room as well. The floor itself smelled of it too as soon as we stepped out of the elevator. We didnt spend much time on the balcony for that reason and it just ruined our experience.
Be patient when needing to use the elevator. They take a long time, and when they finally open up, they are full and you're left there to wait for the next one. The staff also does not wipe up puddles of water from hotel guests using the pool. There are puddles of water throughout the hotel, leading to the elevators and inside. I found it unsafe as someone not paying attention could slip and get hurt.
I won't be booking at this hotel again next time I'm in town. I'll stick to the Airbnb with private parking.
The friendly, welcoming staff was the first encounter at the hotel. Great first impression ! I had originally booked a city view but was offered a bayview room in Tower 3 and it was absolutely stunning! Go with bay view!! Also because it was our anniversary trip we were got parking for a cheaper rate! Wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated! The hotel was quiet, clean and we ate breakfast at the restaurants and it was very good! Great location to many sights, ships/museums, restaurants and Padres ballpark. We walked to all these with no problem. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the beautiful city of San Diego!
It was all wonderful!
The area around the hotel
Nothing

The bed sheets had a misty smell didn’t feel real clean . The bathroom sink did not drain I had to use the shower. The view was absolutely horrible
The room was dated and the plumbing fixtures were loose and in need of maintenance. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean. The price point for the room was slightly over priced. The parking fee was extortion! The company should reevaluate the fee to something more reasonable considering we drive to this destination and choose to stay here.
Parking fees of $50/ day was not acceptable. $10 for bottled water in the room should have been complementary.
Location was good
Got a room with 2 queen beds, they were full beds. Had a strange water spicket dripping in the bathroom.
The location is great facing the water
I didn’t like paying for a premium room I got put into a basic room with a palm tree blocking my water views until I told them and they were able to move me to a lot better room with better views.
