Wyndham Houston Sugarland

They promise stuff, we payed for breakfast which we didn’t got, we couldn’t use the pool, the cards to the room didn’t work, the service/employer was rude, our toilet didn’t work and the door to the bathroom got us stuck, even the charger didn’t worked.

Room Carpet , room couch was dirty and stained .
Phone was not working.
Coffee maker was there but it was dusty. No coffee was available in room. Towels and soap were so cheap quality.

Dirty carpet, phone was not working, swimming pool was not available to use, fitness Centre was under renovation, first 3 days : no breakfast, coffee machine was in the room but no coffee , cheap towels and soap.

Junk cars parked on property

Everything! First, upon arrival, I was surprised to find no Wyndham signage either inside or outside the property, a detail that made the hotel difficult to identify and raised immediate concerns about its affiliation with your brand. Second, my room was lacking any coffee setup, no coffee packets, and not even cups. Third, the door to my room did not close on its own, after 3 hours laying on my bed someone began knocking and pushed on my door when I got up I noticed my door had been opened. When I went to shut it the door was uneven and hot stuck on the door way, I ended up having to slam it shut, no coffee nothing, one towel a dirty stained mattress, completely disappointed Also another guest was complaining the hotel failed to provide a real breakfast; the offering was either nonexistent or so minimal that it did not meet even basic expectations, especially when breakfast was advertised.

For these reasons, I feel that the property is misrepresenting itself as a Wyndham-branded hotel, and the overall experience was unacceptable

Management is very bad

This hotel was not at all what we expected or what was shown. The restrooms were dirty, and the water did NOT get warm what so ever. Had to shower with cold water. I was told breakfast would be served which it was, but was only served Muffins. None of technology worked at all except for one lamp. Ty is was an absolute horrible experience. Everything looks like it was falling apart. Also asked if there could be room service provided but the lady in the front did not speak English and told us no. Terrible and will NEVER book again.

Actually it's a value of money my stay, so I'm okay 💗

T v did not work in the room

They had to switch me to the road t v didn't work twice as Twice, I've been near no breakfast.When they said breakfast are the 4 times I stayed.I never seen breakfast once

TRASH IN THE PARKING LOT. TRASH CANS OUTSIDE FULL. ONLY ONE ELEVATOR. SPOTS ON THE BED SHEETS. NO BREAKFAST. AIR CONDITIONING SPOTTY. BAD LIGHTING. DEPOSIT KEPT FOR 5 TO 7 DAYS.
