How it was very cheap last min
No extra rooms, Rooms are barley clean, no extra towels…. No breakfast even tho they claimed to have good breakfast… but thats not on the hotel staff the displacement comes from corporate…
Peace and quiet
No breakfast, Cannot use both pools, 1 of 2 elevator works. Guess that’s why it’s so cheap to stay.
The first room assigned smelled like dog, and there was a dog next-door barking at me and my child when we tried to enter the room. Requested a new room because my daughter could not sleep in those conditions and she gave us one at the end of the hall even though my daughter just had post surgery. The morning at 10:30 AM the fire alarm went off, unable to use the phone in the room because it did not work to ensure that we needed to evacuate. The phone did not work so my daughter and I looked all of our luggage from the sixth floor down to the lobby to find out that it was just a technical era. No protocol for evacuation or alerting the patrons of the severity of the emergency. She refused to give me a receipt for stay. I demand a refund this was not worth one red scent. I’m also possibly looking at legal action for possible endangerment of my life and my daughter‘s life that could’ve occurred without the proper protocol for evacuation or alert of a fire.
The last room given the bed was actually clean
Quite and clean
No soap for a shower. Luckily had my own.
If I say according to price it's best price hotel
Staff was ok
Just 1 towel in the room. Room service did not come to clean.
Big room, Big bed, Big TV... Small price. working microwave and fridge. the hostess tried to resolve all the issues. good air conditioning.
there were no hand towels, no wash cloths, no drinking glasses, no functioning phone system. no hand rails in shower/tub, empty Kleenex box, the breakfast was a joke. I had to change rooms as the TV system did not work in the initial room.
Location
We were checking in and was told the pool, bars, & restaurants were all closed . Part of our path was free breakfast , which we wanted especially, along with the restaurants and bar.
We checked in, went to the room and the stench would have knocked you
down.
As I walked inside the room, I immediately started getting a hoarseness and hard breathing due to dampness and musty smell. My breath was leaving me and I was having too much trouble breathing to stay in the room. We went straight down to the desk and let her know our reasons for needing to cancel our stay. She tried to talk us into not leaving. I understand why. The pictures are completely different from the actual place. You need to do a surprise evaluation there. It was awful and I was ashamed to have made the reservation and telling my friend this was a fabulous place, as are all Hilton’s. you need to take Hilton’s name OFF that _lace . I will also write booking.com and let them know.
I think there were blood stains on floor. There was a domestic in the hotel lobby with staff and there was also no hot water.
