Pros:

I enjoyed everything about it! Helpful, pleasant staff, The check in and check out process very streamline and hassle free. The breakfast was nice

The room was absolutely filthy. There was hair all over the floors in the room and in the bathroom/ in the shower.

Pros:

A wonderful surprise - amazing staff, terrific room at a great price, and great location.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive to my requests. They arranged for a shuttle to the Orlando airport, provided a wake-up call for my early flight, and were consistenly friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

I liked everything! In fact, I wish I could have stayed longer than just one night. Next time I will plan better.

Good stay, everything is close

Proximity to airport

Cons:

Up keeping- I rented 2 rooms and some rooms needed a better up keeping (bathroom, curtains). For an overnight stay like me it was ok but for longer stays it needs a handyman in house. :)

DON'T STAY HERE
Pros:

This hotel is a disaster, my family and I traveled from another state to stay here 1 night before boarding a cruise ship. The lobby was full, I mean a guy was literally laying across the lobby couch. The hotel front desk staff was obviously uncaring and not concerned that a bunch of other families were all waiting to check in. I don't know if they only have 5 people cleaning the rooms, but this is a total waste of everyone's time. Front desk staff just shrugged it off about the wait time when speaking to my wife. We're already tired from 2 flights and NOBODY wants to have hotel staff give you every excuse why you can't check in, even when we reserved the room months in advance. I thankful it's only 1 day we're dealing with this sh#% Wouldn't refer recommend this to anyone. WHO GAVE THEM 4 STARS THAT'S BEYOND A JOKE. SO SAD AND DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED.

Good location
Pros:

Nice room and clean, near restaurants and cafes, free car park. Closed to the airport and free shuttle. We used this hotel to be near the airport as we had an early flight and we were only 20 min drive to all attractions in Orlando.

Cons:

Pool was not heated.

El hotel excelente lo único que se tiene que pagar parqueo .
Pros:

Limpieza , el trato , la ubicación.

Cons:
