We were disappointed to start our day tired after having an uncomfortable sleep.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine and the location was fine. It was close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

We have stayed at this hotel on previous visits to Edmonton and it was good overall. This time both my spouse and I were very uncomfortable sleeping. We woke several times during the night sweating profusely even though the air conditioner was on. Upon checking the next morning, I found the label on the sheets showing 100% polyester. We have stayed in hotels in many places in the world and have never slept on polyester sheets. Cotton sheets are the standard which provide a comfortable sleep. For this reason we will not be staying at Tru Edmonton again. Very disappointing.

It’s ok if you go and sleep as it’s clean and comfortable

Wonderful service,
Lilian received us with a big smile breakfast was excellent, Laura keep everything so clean and tidy, you can tell she works hard to keep everyone happy to start the day.
