Pros:

Ho trovato ottima la posizione, la fermata dei trasporti pubblici è proprio davanti l'hotel. Il personale alla reception è molto gentile.
Punti di erogazione acqua gratuiti a disposizione dei clienti.

Cons:

Il personale delle pulizie scortese. Pur avendo ringraziando in lingua tedesca non ho ricevuto risposta.
Non ho trovato opportuno che la pulizia della camera avvenisse tra le 14:30 e le 15:30 . In quei giorni era molto caldo e, dopo una mattinata in giro, quello è l'orario in cui l'ospite approfitta per riposarsi. Risultato? Camera mai pulita perché il mio compagno di viaggio stava dormendo, mi sono fatta dare solo asciugamani puliti.
Dopo aver comunicato per ben due volte che l'aria condizionata non funzionava, ci hanno cambiato camera. Ho dimenticato la camicia da notte nella prima camera, me ne sono accorta immediatamente, ho immediatamente chiesto alla reception, ma non è stata mai ritrovata.
Consiglio: bel balconcino, due sedie sarebbero state gradite.

Tenía una reserva ye.toco cancelarla

Cons:

En el momento de hacer mi check in me dijeron que tenía iqe dejar un depósito de 250 euros aparte de lo de la habitación me pareció una locura , aparte esto jamás lo dice en Booking en el momento de uno hacer una reserva

Pros:

Only the helpful staff changed the room because the AC was not working.

Cons:

1. Air conditioners are very old and not working properly 😕, especially during the heat wave that hit Europe at the end of June 2026.
2. Furniture is very old.
3. Room service did not come to clean and tidy the room.
4. Carpet is very old and dirty.
