Tolles Wochenende mit Freunden in einem wunderschönen Hotel mit tollen Mitarbeitern!
Pros:

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen am Wochenende im Hotel Villa Viktoria Luise. Die Zimmer waren groß, gut ausgestattet, sauber und die Betten bequem. Klasse war die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern, für unsere Gruppe wurde alles möglich gemacht. Vielen Dank dafür! Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, das Frühstück ebenfalls. Wir haben sehr gute Empfehlungen für eine Wanderung bekommen. Am Samstag haben wir die Sauna nutzen dürfen, das war toll zur Entspannung.

Pros:

Lækkert sted med fantastisk hjælpsomt personale.Gode store og rene værelser. Restaurant på stedet, hvor de kan trylle for gæster der ankommer lidt sent. Mulighed for at lade el-bil til rimelig pris og god morgenmad.

Das Hotel war früher klasse und mit tollem Personal geführt, leider hat sich das nachteilig verändert.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und hat Charme und ich war schon öfters Gast.

Cons:

- WLAN ohne Funktion und ohne Information an die Gäste, was auf Geschäftsreise echt nachteilig ist.
- Personal in Kommunikation und Abrechnung schlecht qualifiziert.
- Rechnung auch nach vielfachen Nachfragen immer noch nicht erhalten.
- Frühstück zwischenzeitlich auf Buffet mit TK-Brötchen umgestellt.
- Öffnungszeiten/-tage des Restaurants widersprüchlich auf den Plakaten und der Homepage angegeben.
Fazit: Ich werde das Hotel zukünftig noch mehr buchen.
