We have eliminated our business center. We are no longer providing room service. Renovation work will be carried out from 1/1/2025 to 7/31/2025. The following facilities will be closed: Select guestrooms/floors. Our parking lot renovations are underway. During this time the parking lot entrance on 13th street will be closed. All onsite parking will be located on the East side of the building. Entrance to the hotel and Piesanos will be filtered through the Breezeway. The location was great! Close to the university

Cons:

It was really, really hot in the room. Air-conditioning was not working well. The staff worked with us. Transferred us to another room when we complained the first time...but the second room was just a slight improvement...it was still very hot and air was heavy in the room. It cooled slightly at 4 am. By that time, it's almost time to get up ...so I didn't really get a good rest. They need to replace those old window air conditioner they have. It doesn't catch up with the Florida heat.

Clean room although AC wasn’t great, great location, hot water. I would consider again.

I won’t be back or book with Holiday inn again. My father was passing away at the VA.
Pros:

The restaurant next door

Cons:

No complementary breakfast , the checking inn. The price.
I stayed at the Dury inn and the price and the Hotel was much better.
