Nice place to stay to see my family. It was family friendly and I appreciated that.
Pros:

breakfast was good. location great. room very comfortable.

Cons:

Booking.com gave me the total price including tax. When I checked out of the hotel, the bill was a different price, $12.00 more than stated by Booking.com. I had no extra services. Not sure why they charged more.

Pleasant minus the smelly sheets
Pros:

The location is great! Everything is not too far. The college of Charleston is within 15 min.
I like how big the rooms are and how clean they keep the facilities

Cons:

This is our second time staying there and this time the sheets on my bed smelled bad, we were moving my son in and we were so busy to go tell someone at the desk
