Cons:

There was black mould scattered throughout. The shower dripped constantly and the aircon didn’t work properly.
I was charged twice for my three day stay and when I raised this with a female receptionist she proceeded to blame me for the error. She was extremely rude and belligerent, hung up on me and spoke over me. Disgusted.

We should have stayed where we could have felt safe going out.
Pros:

Location although in French Quarter we sat facing dumpster. We arrived early and they would not let us check in without paying $50. So much for the hospitality business. There didn’t seem to be anyone there but us. We were given 2 vouchers for breakfast and then still had to pay another $30 plus tip.

Location and staff experience was amazing.

Cons:

We were in a handicap accessible room. The shower head placement is not ideal for its purpose with a disabled person. It was a walk in shower with no raised edge so the entire smooth tile floor was covered with water every time my disabled Father showered. It was very hazardous for someone who is likely to fall. Also this room was on the 3rd floor and very hard to access with a mobility scooter and the tiny elevators. This is the only complaint I had with the property. The staff, location and services were great. I am leaving this review for someone who may be considering a handicapped room at this location. It is difficult to navigate.

Pros:

The location was great. The facility was great. Nice amenities. I love how housekeeper came to see if tou needed extra towels and things instead of having to go ask. The staff & guest were all nice. I felt very safe!

Cons:

My only complaint is parking. Self parking in the hotel parking lot would have been nice instead of having to bother the valet every time I need to go somewhere or get something from the car.

Location! Location! Location! We were 2-3 blocks from Bourbon St. and another 2-3 blocks from Canal St. in another direction!

Good location..that's about it
Pros:

Booked it because of good reviews and location for 3 days in New Orleans. The lobby is well done. The room was very dated and had black mold in the bathroom because of the poor decision of the glass partition "acting" like a shower door. Toilet was clogged when we arrived, but staff cleared in in about 30 min. AC was not as cold as it should have been, corridor was consistently cooler than the room. Room was on 2nd floor and quiet. Bed was ok, prefer mine a little firmer. didn't try the restaurant. Pool was too crowded to try. 3 for location. 2 for almost everything else.

PROPERTY GO MISSING FROM ROOM
Pros:

We had $2000 worth of items go missing from our room during the day while we were sight seeing. It was our third day, and the do not disturb sign had been out our entire visit. The night manager Parker was incredibly unhelpful and unpleasant.

Great experience, wonderful location and amazing staff

Great experience and a wonderful location. Even better is the amazing staff and the excellent service. Right in the French Quarter close to everything in walking distance. We had a great time with the concierge who provided us with lot of recommendations and information about the area. Amazing pool with a great pool deck perfect for summer weather. Highly recommended
