Buen hotel pero tiene cosas por mejorar
Pros:

Hotel grande y bonito, buen desayuno.

Cons:

el único día que dedicamos a descansar para estar en la piscina del hotel había un evento con decenas de tailandeses aprendiendo a nadar en la piscina y fue bastante desagradable por los ruidos.

A great hotel to use as a base for exploring Chiang Rai and its attractions!
Pros:

+ Great location, very close to a fantastic shopping mall with an excellent food court.
+ The reception staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
+ The bed was comfortable.
+ We booked a large suite that was spacious and very clean.
+ Complimentary juice was available at the reception throughout the day.
+ Upon my request, the lovely lady at the reception arranged a driver for our two-day excursions, which was very convenient and much appreciated.

Cons:

- The pool did not appear to be very clean.
- Breakfast was disappointing. The selection and quality of the hot dishes and pastries were below expectations.
- The air conditioning behaved strangely. Even when set to 25°C, it continued blowing very cold air, making the room uncomfortable and sometimes too cold, even under the blanket.

Prima afgezien van de efficientie van het personeel in het restaurant.

Update van de kamers. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijke receptie. Goede faciliteiten.

Cons:

Restaurant voor het diner. Het eten kwam heel laat en ook niet tegelijkertijd. De bediening was, sommige waren behulpzaam en sommige helemaal niet. Ze waren niet efficient zoals het niet gelijk vragen bij het bestellen of we wat wilden drinken en het drinken kwam ook niet tegelijkertijd maar ook niet snel. Hierin zou wel wat verbeterd kunnen worden.

Poteva andare meglio, molto meglio...
Pros:

Hotel grande e ben tenuto. Suite immensa.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'ultmo giorno abbiamo trovato una blatta in bagno, una così grande non l'avevo mai vista in vita mia. Ovviamente questo episodio ha rovinato tutto il soggiorno.
