The places looked clean

Cons:

The pool water was cold couldn’t enjoy it. The size of the pool was also small. Misleading advertisement on the website. I had paid for the room before I came the company should had added accidental fee when I checked out. I shouldn’t been blindsided. The bed was hard but the pillows were soft. The room was small.

Wasn't what I expected
Pros:

The pool was the only nice thing there.

Cons:

The hotel furniture needs updating , the tub doesn't drain fast, carpet in the room was full of stains and the whole hotel smells like chlorine.i paid for 2 days I left after 1 night there. I called for an extra blanket they came 3 hours later. It's not worth the money.

Staff complaining about work/coworkers in front of guest while we stood waiting to check in. Hotel and rooms were extremely dirty. Room was not vacuumed prior to our arrival there was dirt, crumbs etc all over. Shower was full of bugs and mold/ mildew all over. Shower door filthy. Room smelled of musty water. Housekeeping stood in the hall on phone for about an hour; clearly not cleaning rooms

Pros:

Booking was easy, communication was alright. Friendly staff. Nice lobby.

Cons:

Booked a king, they gave me two fulls upon arrival. Hallways were humid and smelled like the pool. Shower and sink drained slowly.

Overall it was a decent area and slept totally good

Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

the water stain and mold on ceiling over the bed. The noisy air conditioner. The pool/spa hours were to early for people to get business done and wanting to come to the hot tub to relax!
