trop court malheureusement mais nous y reviendrons surement.

Petit déjeuner exceptionnellement copieux, emplacement idéal. rue quasiment piétonne, aucun bruit.

Very nice hotel, beautiful rooms and comfortable.Newly renovated. Customer service by front desk very good! pool on top floor a surprise.

Great hotel in walking distance to all the attraction of the old town. Parking inside was also an advantage.
Pros:

Amazing location with parking on site. Great room for 3 adults and staff were always willing to assist. Breakfast was fantastic.

Loved the location. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. Location is close to all the city attractions, shopping and good restaurants/bars.

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Absolute Top-Lage in der Altstadt. Sehr schönes, neues und top sauberes Zimmer. Sehr bequemes Bett. Netter kleiner Wellnessbereich im obersten Stockwerk mit toller Aussicht. Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Freundlicher Empfang.

Cons:

Das Café ist in einem sehr schönen Raum, wird aber eher stiefmütterlich bedient. Es fehlt eine richtige Hotelbar. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Hotel che conoscevo già bello e comodo per il centro di Lubiana con parcheggio sotterraneo per auto, moto e biciclette noi eravamo in moto e abbiamo pagato metà 14€ a notte, piscina al piano 9 TOP!! con vista sui tetti.

Cons:

C'era un po' caos nei garage e per le scale causa lavori di ripristino, però era una cosa momentanea i lavori sono o da fare.

Ho chiesto di cambiare il piano della stanza e sono stata accontentata, ma ho pagato una stanza Deluxe e mi è stata data una stanza Standard .

A good location, but the hotel experience during renovations did not match the premium presentation.
Pros:

Very good central location and a comfortable room. After we raised concerns, the hotel also provided a partial discount and a room upgrade with castle view

Cons:

The hotel was operating in a significant renovation state which was not transparently communicated before booking. We were informed only after reservation that the wellness centre would be closed, however upon arrival it became clear that the disruption affected much more of the property.

Reception areas were temporary, common spaces were disrupted, contractor activity was visible around the entrance and the gym shown in the listing photos was completely unavailable and replaced by a temporary setup inside former guest rooms.

The actual guest experience differed substantially from the premium atmosphere and facilities presented online

Hotel wäre für uns beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder erste Wahl.
Pros:

Lage, Frühstück und Personal.

Cons:

Von den drei Liften waren wegen Renovierungsarbeiten zwei nicht in Betrieb, deshalb längere Wartezeiten.

Fantastic hotel in the center of Ljubljana
Pros:

Very nice hotel just 2 mins walking from the central plaza. The rooms were very pleasant and everything was very clean. Comparatively one of the better breakfasts as well!
