Gutes und sicheres Stadthotel
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, schönes Hotel, moderne Zimmer, eigene Tiefgarage (aber klein).

Cons:

Das Hotel ist recht hellhörig und das Personal nicht übertrieben freundlich. Parkplatz muss extra bezahlt werden (bei dem Preis) und kann nicht reserviert werden.

Hotel bonito, céntrico, bien dotado con buen servicio y personal amable.
Pros:

El desayuno es bueno y variado. La habitación para tres personas es muy cómoda porque son dos espacios separados confortables, bonitos y bien dotados.

Disappointing relative to price
Pros:

1.Location. 2. Relatively recently renovated, lobby and entrance was clean. 3. Front desk staff was welcoming and very supportive.

Cons:

1. Room facilities inadequate. No cupboard - just a stand with hangars. 2. Breakfast room furniture (seats) dirty, full of stains. 3. Housekeeping to make the bed, replace consumables like tea bags, sugar, etc. seems unprofessional and untrained. 4. Breakfast range yes, but quality of fruits and breads needs to improve.
Overall, my view, this hotel does not deserve 4 stars. In many 3 star hotels in Europe the amenities and level of housekeeping is better. Certainly one did not feel this was good value for money. (photo attached shows the stained seat of chair in breakfast room; most chairs were stained like this)

Tolle Lage zu einem stolzen Preis.
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal. Mitten in der Stadt. Man ist zu Fuß in 1 Minute im Altstadt Zentrum. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das ganze Hotel ist super sauber.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum hat Bahnhofshallen Flair und Akustik. Das Frühstück selbst ist ausbaufähig. Schlechte Kaffeemaschinen, die nur Plörre fabrizieren. Mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen geht nicht. Es ist einfach zu laut. Der Pool und der Wellnessbereich sind sehr klein.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful and did everything they could for us.

Cons:

Our room teas coffees milks etc etc were never replaced the whole trip 6 nights. But if we rang reception for them, they brought the items immediately.
