Super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Right off a very busy highway. Even with the air conditioner on you hear constant traffic.

Our whole 4th of July weekend was ruined.
Pros:

We got there and they were having a party with a DJ so we did not stay. We were renting the room to enjoy the amenities which included the pool, but it was full of people partying.

Cons:

We didn't stay because they were having a party a pool party for the public with a $10 fee and we did not get our refund back.

A nice clean place. No complaints.
Pros:

The location was near where I was meeting family the next day. There was several places to eat close by plus there was a restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and dinner. I did not eat there so I can not comment on it. They had a nice pool area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff at check in was nice and made me feel welcomed. Air condition in room work great. I would definitely stay there again if I am ever in the town.

Cons:

There really was not any thing I did not like about the place. I only stayed one night. The outside of the building looked a little dated but the inside was beautiful and the rooms was very nice. The location seen to be in a safe place with plenty of lighting in parking lot.

Good Beds and AC
Pros:

Comfortable bed and good pillows. Great A/C. The curtains did not keep the light out, but minimal issue.

Every Hotel Needs An Eric!
Pros:

We booked online for our trip to tombstone, stayed the night when we flew into Phoenix and the night when flying out of Phoenix. We picked the absolutely wrong place to stay and realized it before we even pulled in the parking lot of a super eight in downtown Mesa.! BEWARE👎
It was already 130 in the morning when we arrived at the Holiday Inn to find out the room rates. Guy at the desk named Eric was so kind and understanding and made sure we got an overnight there with him safely without gouging us on price. Every hotel lobby should have and Eric as a customer’s first contact to a hotel👏
I hope he is valued by his employers as he should be!
Since I can’t upload a video and I don’t have a photo of Eric at 1:30 in the morning, I will just add that to
social media with it. #

Worst hotel night ever
Pros:

It is apparently totally acceptable for large groups of people to play music at top volume, yell, scream and laugh in the hallway all night long. A call to the front desk yielded nothing. A security guard was supposed to come upstairs to quiet things down after I called the front desk and nothing changed. 1:30 am and not a care in the world about this ridiculous behavior. Don’t stay here. I’ve never experienced a worse night in a hotel in my life.
