Private entrance into room, not having to go through lobby. Maintenence staff most friendly people ( too bad they are not given proper supplies or permissions from managment)

Cons:

Everything is broken. Sliders dont lock, pieces of cabinets broken off, dishwasher flooded kitchen, most rooms have 2 microwaves, a built in one thats broken and counter top that is usually broken. Ask for replacement or it to be fixed it takes forever. Laundry is 350 wash and 350 to dry. Pool broken for over a year. Turn over rate fIr management. Often told how the process of check in and out is different per staff member.

The Worse ever. The Worse hotel ever

The room was clean but they gave me a room where the door was kick in they didn't have any other rooms no refunds so they he half as fixed the door you wouldn't believe it the worst experience i have ever had.

Don't stay here didn't seem safe.

This area was scary, the people that were in area were very scary, it wasn't a place where people stay and leave, people low income people were living there with bad vehicles & no teeth and I couldn't tell if they were on drugs, we did not feel safe & wasn't sure if our rental jeep would still be in tact in the morning, we left our key in room & went to get a different room at another hotel closer to airport & a nicer place... I suggest no one stay here...uugh.... it needs to be cleaned up bad... people shouldn't be living there.

A midnight wake-up nightmare situation.

They overbooked and gave away our rooms without any notice.

I set up a late arrival time because my crew was coming in late-after working a full day-after a 3 & 1/2 hour drive (Macomb/Port Huron local).

I tried to ensure that they would have an easy and seamless check-in by calling in for a credit card authorization form to pay the security deposit. In the conversation I let the GM know all of this at the time. He seemed very helpful, walked through the process start-to-finish with me and made sure we were all-set for arrival. Nothing out of the ordinary, I book overnights for my crew several times a month.

Horrible stay would never recommend to anybody. Customer Service is trash.

I like how spacious the property was, and my family could fit in the rooms

I didn’t like how there’s barely any towels, when I went into the room there’s trash all over and the regional manager went and checked the room before she let me in and overlook the trash and I was treated horribly by staff.. and they failed to return my deposit and when I called days later, requesting a refund on my deposit and the room, they told me that I should’ve reported it to the front desk(which I did) and that it looks like they didn’t charge me a(which they did) and I had to go digging for the receipt and show them proof of my bank statement that they did indeed charge me a deposit of $100. And on top of the deposit in the trash, I was treated horribly by their customer service lady Annabelle or whatever the hell her name is.. working on 12/02/2025 at 1:30 PM.. she answered with an attitude treating me like crap like I didn’t know what I was talking about.. and proceeded to hang up on me when I inquired about my deposit!

We were almost there and our reservation was canceled. And we had to last min find another hotel for our anniversary. So heads up sat and Sunday you cant check in until one or AFTER 2. They close lobby. He said its on the website
I looked everywhere its not. Poor customer service and my account was charged 2x so still waiting for 2 refunds, and had to pay for another place to stay. The guy who called to tell me they canceled it, as we were almost there was extremely rude
