The Fruits
None
The location is ok, downtown Bethesda is walkable. The room is spacious, clean and the bed and pillows were comfy.
I don't really understand why they charged me extra $50 compared to the price that was shown on booking website.
It was the location I needed
Staff were unhelpful. Checking in checking out was a chore for them. Not a smile or a look up from the computer
Parking sur place mais payant
le bruit trop important dans la chambre ; bruit de la ventilation venant de l'extérieur de la chambre !!!!
I do like the management. They're very friendly and nice
The pool was freezing cold. It's where you couldn't even swim in it. I would expect something to be at least a little heated. Parking garage was too small to even park our vehicle. The rooftop pool was trashy did not look anything like the picture. We didn't have hot water until the last day of our stay.
Hotel cómodo, limpio, buena atención
Nice and friendly staff
Renovations and bartender at pool almost charged me double. For entire bill. Could’ve been an honest mistake or taking advantage of the pool fun.
Construction going on , noise and dust. No notice of this before arrival. They seem to have a staff shortage .
I traveled extensively on business for three decades. I was a 3-million miler on American Airlines and held a concierge key. I have never experienced a more terrible experience than this hotel for a wedding in the area. The entire public area of the hotel was under construction - a fact which should have been disclosed before I booked the room. Everything in the room was broken - flashing lights in the bathroom, where none of the sockets worked, such low lights in the room so I had to use my phone flashlight to see anything, the coffee machine was broken in the lobby so they could make a latte, one of the elevators did not work the entire time I was there, and so on ... STAY AWAY ... there are at least two Marriotts in the area with pools which was why I booked this hotel.
Still at this hotel as I review it and I want to extend my stay. Stacy at check in started off my experience well. She kindly found me the quiet and peaceful room I requested having moved from a hotel that was chaotic. Dinner at the hotel bar last night was pleasant thanks to the nice bartender/server. The staff can make or break the hotel experience. Here they make it. Thanks!
Garage was difficult to navigate, and cost $40. Breakfast buffet was $30. Pool didn't open until 11:00.
