Pros:

L emplacement est vraiment pratique, proche des parc et rabais parking Rulantica qui est vraiment bien!

Le check in est aussi facile d accès, on a pu avoir les chambres plus tôt, ce qui était appréciable. Le personnel de la réception et de l hôtel étaient sympa, serviable et souriant

Rien a redire !

Ideal für Familien mit super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausserordentlich reichhaltig und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Zudem ist die Lage direkt beim Parkeingang und das Auto kann auf dem Parkplatz gratis abgestellt werden.

Die Unterkunkt ist besten zum Europapark gelegen
Pros:

Das Früchstück war reichhaltig und war sehr fein Auswahl war sehr reichhaltig

Cons:

Das es beim Check in nur noch Maschinen hat. Der Prozess musste 3 mal wieder gestartet wieder bis es funktioniert hat.

Prima Lage für einen Besuch im Europa-Park, anständige Zimmer.
Pros:

Wenn man den Europa-Park besuchen will, gibt es keine bessere Lage!

Cons:

Der Self-Check-In Automat hat nicht funktioniert. Die Dame an der Info hat uns dann normal am Schalter eingecheckt.

Pros:

Sehr große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Leitungswasser wird hier über einen Culligan Wasserspender gefiltert, gekühlt, ungekühlt oder mit Sprudel, hat sehr gut geschmeckt!

Cons:

Spiegeleier waren hart und kalt. Die warmen Speisen waren leider generell höchstens lauwarm.

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Super Lage. Parkplatz inklusive. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Preis enthalten. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Zimmer neuwertig, Klimaanlage.
Super tolles, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Der Check in Computer.
Eine Katastrophe.
Eine nette Dame vom Personal hat mich unterstützt.
Obwohl ich bereits alle Formulare ausgefüllt hatte musste ich alles neu eingeben.
Schlimm.

Für eine Nacht ok
Pros:

Für einen Europapark - Besuch perfekt,
-ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden und incl. Für die Tage des Aufenthalts,
-es war sehr sauber,
-Wasser und Gummibärchen auf dem Zimmer bereiten Freude bei Ankunft,
-Frühstücksangebot ist gut incl. Pancake Maschine

Cons:

Sehr unpersönlich:
-Check-in nur am Automaten möglich,
-beim Frühstück scheint es genug Mitarbeiter zu geben, die aber auf Massenabfertigung koordiniert wurden und es wenig persönlich wirkt, wenn man als Gast am Eingang steht und wartet, drei Mitarbeiter miteinander quatschen, aber sich scheinbar keiner für die Platzierung zuständig fühlt, es nur darauf gewartet wird, endlich einen Tisch abräumen zu können - wohlfühlen hält sich in Grenzen
- stechender/ekliger Gestank auf den Fluren (Reinigungsmittel?)
- recht hellhörig
- es gab nur eine leere Box Kosmetiktücher und leider war auch kein Badvorleger vorhanden

Pros:

Tolle Zimmer, Parkplatz, kleiner Supermarkt und Pizzabäckerei im Hotel, super Nahe am Park und geniales Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Sehr ringhörig, jedoch für 1 Nacht ok.
Check-in nochmals mit allen Angaben, obwohl ich dieses vorgängig schon online gemacht habe.

Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach super , für einen Besuch im Europa Park

Cons:

Für uns war es sehr ungewohnt da dort vieles schon digitalisiert ist und man so wenig Kontakt zum Personal hat aber es gab immer einen Ansprechpartner , der freundlich und hilfsbereit war .
