Location that’s it
Beds are bad room smell like dog pee and roaches ever were
The location was great
After going to sleep driving home from Daytona 8 hour drive at this point. I woke up at 2am to find a bed bug! Couldn’t go back to sleep in that room so I sat awake waiting for daylight so I could get the heck out of there!
I stayed for a month and a half and they tell me I should of signed up with them and could of gotten a free night. I felt like I should of been offered after a month and half.
It was off highway 95. Convenient for travelers.
It was dirty and deteriorated. The rooms’ windows were filthy, the room had a pungent smell of cigarette smoke, a roach in the bathroom, a whole above a light fixture, dirty carpet, fridge was filthy and not working, towels were dirty. I stressed I wanted a non/smoking room but they didn’t seem to care.

The smell of mold when you walked in, the black mold all of 114 bathroom, the room was dirty, the mirror was dirty, the bathroom was gross. We had to move rooms and the second wasn’t any better

Being away from the highway
For starters this hotel has gone completely down hill in the past year alone. Wifi sucks, rooms weren't clean, holes in walls, mold on shower curtain and ac unit was filthy moldy and the filter was broken, the foundation of the hotel itself looked to be falling apart especially beside my room. There were roaches, dirty towels, loud noises from the neighbors, even the linen had holes and stains on them. The front desk charged me for a service animal for my disabled son which they still assumed was a regular pet because of the breed. The first agent said no then the next agent when I extended said there is still a pet fee for a service animals which was bs. They charged my card $100. If i could've checked out early, I would have! I'm Completely disappointed with my stay. While it was sure stay and quality inn last year, it wasnt as bad. But now they are just money hungry because of the previous guests they've had. It's a shame!!!
