Location was ok for us and the lighting in the building was dingy and odd.
Pros:

Good bathroom comfortable bed.

Cons:

The light on is awful.
My daughter’s apartment was awful with no room around the bed and tiny bathroom.

Nice art, cool design, comfy bed, tired facilities and some maintenance needed.
Pros:

We loved the location on the Howard St Wharves. There are some great restaurants here, we went to 2 during our stay. The hotel is quite near a ferry which was really handy. We also walked from the hotel to the art gallery. The artworks throughout the hotel, and the general ambience of the design makes a lovely atmosphere to stay in.

Cons:

The toilet flush water ran constantly, we could hear it from the bed. The gym was very small and not really practical. We also thought the pool was too small and hard to access as there was a conference on that floor over the 2 days we were staying.

Cons:

No EV charging available
On checkout staff tried to tell us we still owed money on booking even though it had been paid prior- manager sorted it out quickly though.
