Good stop if travelling from Albania to Greece .
Pros:

Great pool facility. Staff were friendly . Convenient pittstop . Breakfast selection was great .

Cons:

Restaurant food was a let down for dinner , wait staff were exceptional but the cook must having a bad night .

Wir earen super zufrieden und kommen wieder!
Pros:

Sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles super sauber. Das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich.

Nice and cozy hotel with easy to find and part location by the lake!
Comfy rooms with everything needed in them.
Surprisingly good breakfast!

Cons:

We tried the 3 desserts offered at the lobby bar/restaurant.
Probably the 3 worst desserts that we've ever tried with the "Tiramisu" winning the worst prize ever!
Just fix your desserts or don't offer them as it spoils the perfect impression!

Excellent location for visiting the Ioannina region.
Pros:

Well located next to the Lake.
Our room was very comfortable with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and there were lots of choices.
Plenty of parking and the hotel is extremely well maintained.

Cons:

We advised the staff that the hair dryer was not working but they did not replace it - even though we mentioned it at the start of our stay. Also, we were informed at check in about a Wedding event on Sunday night - however they did not advise us that the pool area would close around 4pm. As it was a very hot day we were disappointed that the pool was out of action and the bar area would be closed.
