Excellent location for visiting the Ioannina region.
Pros:

Well located next to the Lake.
Our room was very comfortable with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and there were lots of choices.
Plenty of parking and the hotel is extremely well maintained.

Cons:

We advised the staff that the hair dryer was not working but they did not replace it - even though we mentioned it at the start of our stay. Also, we were informed at check in about a Wedding event on Sunday night - however they did not advise us that the pool area would close around 4pm. As it was a very hot day we were disappointed that the pool was out of action and the bar area would be closed.

נקי.ארוחת בוקר,בריכה.מיקום בין השדה לעיר 5 דקות.

Cons:

טלויזיה בגודל מחשב. צריך לעדכן את החדרים למלון 5 כוכבים. היה לנו תקרית עם הצוות בבר הבריכה לגבי האוכל (ביקשנו המבורגר בלי חזיר 3 פעמים ובכל זאת הביאו והברמן ניסה לדחוף לנו את זה. היה עכוב של שעה. ) אבל פנינו לאחראית המזון שטיפלה בנושא בצורה טובה.
