Cons:

近くにコンビニが無いので不便。
隣のビル地下のコンビニが改装でクローズしていた。ホテルのロビーにある小さなショップは品数が少ない。

Great place. The sraff were nice and the hotel is really close to the metro station so there was no problem going around tokyo.
Rooms are pretty small but its expected from japan. BUT the hotel and the room are great. They give you and offer you every thing you need

Great Hotel, but Room Space Could Be Used More Efficiently
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, the amenities were great, and the location couldn’t have been better. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenient transportation nearby. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The main downside was the size of the rooms, although that’s somewhat expected in Tokyo. That said, I think the space could be used more efficiently. For example, the desk and chair take up a significant amount of room and could be replaced with foldable or retractable versions that can be tucked away when not needed.

I also think lighter wall colors, such as white, would make the room feel more open and spacious. Additionally, adding elevated shelves or overhead storage could provide extra space for luggage and personal belongings while keeping the floor area clear and making it easier to move around the room.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.
