Pros:

Spacious, great location and good facilities.

Cons:

This is the first time a hotel has zero flexibility and charged me 20 pounds just for 30 minutes after 11. A staff member even knocked my room once and went in. Not what I expected from this chain.

Excellent location. It is an easy walk to transport, and the luve entertainment precinct is also really close.
The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and engaging, offering useful suggestions and directions to areas if interest.
