The hotel has a lovely location, the pool was nice, and the food was decent. The bed sheets were clean and made from comfortable, non-synthetic fabric, which I really appreciated.
The second day was much quieter, and overall the place has good potential, especially because of the location and pool.
Unfortunately, a corporate event took place on our first evening, and the noise continued until quite late. The walls are very thin, so the sound carried easily. The room also had an unpleasant smell, the bed was squeaky, and the mattress was not very comfortable. The common areas and outdoor space could use a bit more care.
Très beau cadre au pied de la montagne, une joli chambre dans cet hotel agréable ou le petit déjeuner était sympathique mais limité en choix...notamment aucune machine à café pour faire du vrai café c'est pas possible de proposer du café en poudre à diluer dans de l'eau chaude...
La musique trop forte au bord de la piscine. Est ce que les Géorgiens savent que pour profiter d'une piscine et se reposer ou parler, la musique trop forte est gênante, elle n'est pas du tout nécessaire !
Очень красивая и уютная территория отеля, очень зелено, есть где погулять, сделать пробежку, уединиться с природой, при этом из жилого комплекса до бассейна и ресторана буквально несколько шагов, что очень удобно. Чистый бассейн, за которым следят весь день, удобные лежаки и всякие места для релакса. Разнообразный завтрак, видно что персонал старается сделать еду интересной, в целом в ресторане все очень милые, готовят быстро и вкусно, прайс на еду очень доступный. Отдельное спасибо администратору за предоставленную возможность выехать на несколько часов позже. В номерах чисто, мы останавливались на 2 ночи и у нас была одна уборка, даже заменили халаты - было приятно. Территории отеля примыкает ко входу в заповедник - даже если вы не планируете идти далеко до водопадов, прогулка по заповеднику обязательна - красивый лес, ухоженные тропинки, в 40 минутах от отеля чистейшая горная река.
Номера и некоторые зоны отеля требуют косметического ремонта, например душ в нашем номере, дверь в ванную, шкаф который не закрывался, в жилом комплексе есть красивая терраса и ее не ухоженное состояние сильно портит впечатление от отеля, хотя привести ее в порядок и озеленить не составило бы труда.
Меня шокировала стоимость сауны и банных процедур - 300 gel просто за то, чтобы человек включил сауну? Для сравнения в отеле Lapota lake 2х часовой банный ритуал с парением, чаем и холодной купелью стоил 230 gel. Сама сауна и купели выглядят очень грязно, лежат халаты, и бутылки пива, как будто там отдыхал персонал. Будет очень здорово если в отеле появится достойный спа-сервис за приемлемую плату, потому что после трекинга к водопадам очень хотелось расслабиться в спа.

Right at the entrance to the hiking trail to the waterfall. Lots of shadow from the trees, cold air coming down the mountains makes it a great escape from Tbilisi heat.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location is absolutely perfect, and the overall atmosphere is so peaceful. me and my husband had truly relaxing getaway. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were soft and comfy. housekeeping was attentive. AC was on so it was really nice touch after long hot trip. The pool area was cleaned every morning, they provide fresh pool towels so you don't have to lug extra stuff around. The shallow to deep layout gave me the confidence to finally start swimming and enjoy the full pool experience instead of just sitting on the steps like I usually do. The pool loungers were very comfy as well. As the food... Delicious, fresh, and generous portions, perfect for sharing or just enjoying a big meal. The breakfast was also really nice with plenty of options. The staff were mostly great young people and friendly, both around the pool and in the restaurant. I checked the reviews before booking to know what to expect, it's clear management has taken feedback to heart and made improvements. I totally recommend this place for a refreshing break.

A wonderful and memorable stay! The staff was attentive and eager to help with anything. They truly surprised us with a room upgrade and a sweet birthday gesture.
We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and its great music playlist. The grounds are spacious and quiet, perfect for relaxing in hammocks. Clean rooms and direct entry to the Lagodekhi forest made it even better. Highly recommended!
Breakfast was a lacart and you need to wait for preparing also not so many positions. Food was with a bit of salt and spices
