Beautiful property at a prime location
Pros:

Beautifully restored property located right in the historic district.
Owner greeted us at check in and gave us an overview of the neighborhood.
Spacious room with charming decor.

Cons:

Some ants in the bathroom (we think coming from a small hole in the wall), but didn't really affect our stay.

整体性价比高地理位置优越舒适
Pros:

地理位置优越在老城，距离王宫大教堂步行几分钟，西班牙广场也很近，附近餐馆很多吃饭方便，房间漂亮空间大设施齐全，前台接待人员很热情，如果坐大巴去周边，大巴站步行10分钟左右。

Cons:

隔音不太好，临街有车过能听到，楼上大声说话也能听到，洗澡热水有时候会不太热

Eine Oase in bester Lage
Pros:

Idyllische Lage mitten im Trubel. Charmanter shabby chique Style. EG- Einheit etwas dunkel, etwas muffig, aber umso kühler und null Geräusche (außer ausnahmsweise rücksichtslose Mitgäste die über uns um 4 Uhr morgens packen und auscheckcken- keine Trittschalldämmung bei historischen Gebäuden ;)).
Beliebtes Parkhaus ( oft completo) knapp 10 min bequem zu Fuß, mit Koffern aber Aus- und Einladen bei hohen Temperaturen vor dem Haus zu empfehlen, man kann auf dem kleinen Platz 30 m vom Hotel entfernt kurz halten.
Würden die Unterkunft sicher wieder wählen !

Cons:

Miniminuspunkt: 1 Waschmaschine wird von 5 Apartments genutzt, da auf dem Dachgeschoss, kann man nicht easy checken, ob gerade belegt.

Che Bella Siviglia e poter soggiornare in una tipica residenza locale è un'ottima idea!
Pros:

Siviglia è una bella città e la struttura ospitante ti fà sentire immenrso nella vera Siviglia.
Il gestore è stato gentilissimo anche dopo il check out trattenendo fino a sera i nostri bagagli.
Molto bello il solarium da dove si può vedere la città dall'alto.

Cons:

La difficoltà ad arrivarci in macchina potrebbe disincentivare la prenotazione ma parchegginado nel vicino parcheggio a pagamento (circa tre minuti a piedi si può evitare l'inconveniente.
