Very nice relaxing stay, would recommend.

Pros:

Хороший отель, я бы ещё вернулся.
Очень понравился бассейн, небольшой, но очень чистый. Полотенца к нему всегда рядом лежат, лежаки есть.
Уборка в отеле каждый день, полотенца меняют каждый день, но если до 10 утра вы спите, то потом придется просить напомнить про уборку.
Расположение: подойдёт тем кто работает или ищет уединения.
Wi-Fi быстрый, проблем не было.
Есть бильярд, прокат велосипедов бесплатный. Велосипеды "уставшие", к ним бы приложить руку не равнодушного мастера)
Персонал вежливый, дружелюбный.

Cons:

Не понравились завтраки. Один раз попробовали и больше не стали. Лучше найти другие места, коих огромное количество в 10-15 минутах ходьбы.
Крысы бегают по территории и зданиям, только по ночам. Но их во Вьетнаме и так полно бегает, так что не сильно смущало.
Очень не рекомендую пользоваться услугами прачечной в отеле. Никакие пятна не отстирали, видимо без порошка стирали совсем.
Жили в семейном номере, двери в ванную нет, только шторка. Для такого помещения должна быть дверь!

Pros:

The pool was clean. The room was big and spacious. The staff was nice kind.

Cons:

The "queen bed" was actually 2 smaller beds put next to each other. You might think it's the same as one bigger bed, but in reality, the middle of the bed is raised up and is very hard.

bike was free of cost can travel any time.
motor bike can be arranged for 150,000 vnd for whole day.

Great value for money.
Pros:

At the beginning we had a bumpy start - we had to change the room, but the staff faced problem accordingly, and overall communication was great.
Also, the preordered breakfast was great :)

Cons:

At the beggining we've had to change room due to bad smell, but we've get another one with no problems.

Cons:

Very old poorly kept. Our room smelt musky. Black hairs on pillow case. The electricity went off through the night (not their fault) so over heated. The location is a long way from anything. On booking it shows a buffet breakfast which is not correct. The person that checked us in was busy talking to friends and took her time to greet us. However the lady that checked us out was very professional and handled the situation extremely well.
