Great value for money.
Pros:

At the beginning we had a bumpy start - we had to change the room, but the staff faced problem accordingly, and overall communication was great.
Also, the preordered breakfast was great :)

Cons:

At the beggining we've had to change room due to bad smell, but we've get another one with no problems.

Cons:

Very old poorly kept. Our room smelt musky. Black hairs on pillow case. The electricity went off through the night (not their fault) so over heated. The location is a long way from anything. On booking it shows a buffet breakfast which is not correct. The person that checked us in was busy talking to friends and took her time to greet us. However the lady that checked us out was very professional and handled the situation extremely well.

Amazing hospitality
Pros:

Amazing hospitality, staff were so friendly. Rooms were so clean and beautiful. The location was fantastic - a quick grab to the old town and other sites. Highly recommend!

Du confort dans une ville historique…
Pros:

La chambre était grande et confortable, avec une très bonne literie.
Le petit déjeuner copieux.
La piscine et vraiment appréciable et l’hôtel met de nombreux vélos à disposition des clients. La location de scooter est un plus que nous avons choisi pour nous rendre dans le centre ville.
Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Lovely hotel with a cute older charm
Pros:

The rooms were large with a more traditional/unique design which was nice. Our rooms also had great views out to the farm at the rear. The staff were lovely and the pool was a good large size. Being out of town the hotel is quiet and a short (20 min) walk into town or a quick grab ride.

Cons:

The doors/windows whilst beautiful were a bit misaligned so it was often hard to close them and they didn’t quite seal properly meaning we needed to run the AC constantly to keep the rooms cool.

cozy stay in Hoi An
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! extremely nice staff, Helen recommend us great places to go and tailors. the pool was very nice and the rooms were spacious. it was very nice to be able to use the bikes to go to the city which was around 10 minutes by bike!

Beautiful place.
Pros:

A beautiful property with gorgeous rooms! Huge rooms and the bathrooms are so spacious and nice. Very kind and helpful staff. The pool was lovely and the bikes were awesome to hop on to get into Old Town.

Cons:

The only thing is the neighbor has very loud dogs that bark at odd hours including very early in the am. I was on the pool side which is where the neighbor lives, so maybe the other side would be better.

Nice room and aesthetic hotel
Pros:

Pretty room and very spacious. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

AC was terrible, didn’t work, just blew hot air around and it was 35 degrees. We had to ask for help with it twice and we had to ask for a second fan in the end.
