Great location.

Breakfast is average
Main disappointment was they did not accepted initial payment wit my virtual card. So I had to make a new payment with was inconvenient. However I did receive my refund within a week.

Pros:

Location. Cool, clean room design.

Cons:

No ramp (for wheelchair accessibility, suitcase); location is great, but - fair warning, at night, it is an area where “massages” are offered aggressively. The restaurant on property is only open for breakfast and limited (vegetarian only) lunch.

Every thing was good except for the noise.
Pros:

Good location, clean & good value for money.

Cons:

Noisy, you can hear the footsteps in top of you & when someone using the water, you can hear the water running down the pipe

Great location, fantastic staff, beautiful hotel
Pros:

We stayed in both the 4 room and 2 room penthouses. Location is excellent - very central in District 1, and both penthouses have a balcony that runs the full length of the hotel. The rooms are ultra modern / very stylish with beautiful bathrooms - its a very high end place with great wifi and great aircon (both important for us). We were also massively impressed with how helpful the staff were - they helped us with many questions before and during our stay, in particular Ms May and Mr Storm (there were others - all were helpful).

Cons:

The 4 room penthouse is advertised for up to 12 people - there were 6 of us - and yet there were only 4 cups, 4 wine glasses, 4 plates - also a beautiful kitchen but without any pans for cooking - also on the balcony (which we wanted to enjoy) there was a small (broken) table and no chairs so we couldnt go out there to sit and enjoy the atmosphere - so its beautiful hotel, fantastic staff, great location - but just needs a little more care over the details to make it truly exceptional. I hope the hotel takes note because the changes required are so small yet they are important (note - the 2 room penthouse does have table and chairs, its the 4 bed one that doesnt)

Great location
Pros:

The location was great, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit. The staff kindly had the room available early for us and had a cot already in the room for our toddler on arrival.

Cons:

We found the bathroom layout a little odd, the toilet paper would get wet from the shower and the sliding doors to the shower/toilet don't provide too much privacy.
