Pros:

Everything. I upgraded to a room with a view out on to to grounds which are extraordinary. Nicer room as well, although the original room was good too.

Pros:

The room is spacious, modern and very new. I like that it has a vanity outside the bathroom which is very convenient. The outdoor pool and garden are all good. The kid likes the white ducks playing at the poon. The breakfast was good although there were a lot of choices.

Cons:

Just the elevator is a bit far from one of the entrances. We carried the luggage up but it's okay due to only one floor up.

The hotel is dated, probably built in the 1960's and shows it. The put us in a room right next to the 101 Freeway and when I asked to be moved they said they had no more rooms. The room itself had an undistinguishable odor similar to ammonia and was dank and dark. Despite the cinderblock construction noises easily transferred into the room, both from the room next to us, the room above us and the next door freeway. At a cost of over $400 per night it definitely was not worth it.
