Great location from a convenience perspective and I did book on short notice so I appreciated that there was availability. It was also clean.
I’ll preface this by saying I did only stay one night. However, upon arriving and waiting to check in I catch the tail end of the clerk checking in the person in front of me. She was filling him in on the amenities, breakfast, happy hour etc. The usual spiel they give once you’re all checked in.
Figuring I looked tired after having driven 4+ hours, I smiled and walked up when it was my turn, said hi and that I was checking in, and handed her my DL. No hi back. Ok. I asked how her day was going. I understand this is maybe seen as a time waster by some but I always try to be polite or make conversation. To be fair it is a bit of a nervous tic of mine but usually if people aren’t interested in chatting they just give a short answer and move on. Nope. Nothing. No response. Got it. Not in a conversational mood.
Then someone comes out from the back (office?) to grab some dry cleaning. The clerk stops checking me in to have a conversation with her coworker about said dry cleaning. I’m not really in a hurry so I politely wait.
The clerk comes back to checking me in and when she’s done she just hands me my DL, CC, parking pass, and room keys and walks away.
I don’t stay at Wyndham a lot. I don’t have a rewards account. Based on this, it will likely stay that way. She never once asked me anything or told me anything aside from asking me which card I wanted to use for incidentals.
The next morning when checking out was the same but different clerk. I walked up with my room keys, they asked for my room number, asked if I wanted the receipt emailed and that was that. No good morning, have a nice day, thank you for staying with us. Nothing. It might seem pedantic but I just don’t understand why basic politeness isn’t a thing anymore.

Very nice hotel. The room had everything we needed. Pool area was very inviting although unfortunately we didn't have time to use.

The staff at Wyndham Boca Raton was friendly, which I appreciated, but the property itself was very disappointing. The hotel feels outdated and badly in need of a full renovation.
The room had a damp, moldy smell, and several appliances did not work properly. The carpet had stains, the room did not feel clean, and the bathroom was even more dated than the rest of the space. Overall, the entire property feels run down and in need of a complete overhaul.
Friendly staff can only do so much when the condition of the hotel is this poor.
Overall, the hotel and room was nice and clean.
The mattress and pillows were hard as a rock.
I booked for 7 days. I had to change rooms because the first room they gave me smelled very musty. The second was not so bad, bud still musty, so I had to go get Damprid and hanged it all over the room. Even that was not enough because I couldn't sleep with the heavy air in the room. I checked out the 3rd day and they had the audacity to charge me for 3 nights because it was past 11am.
The staff was amazing! Extremely accommodating and very helpful!!! everyone from the front desk to the cleaning people were outstanding!!!!!

The staff member that checked us in was condescending. We felt like he thought we were asking stupid questions, and beneath him.
At this price, there should at least be a continental breakfast included.
Infelizmente tivemos o sumiço de pertences que estavam no carro , e que foi devidamente fechado.
Não podemos afirmar que fomos roubados no estacionamento do hotel, pois o mesmo , para nossa surpresa, não possui cameras. Nenhuma camera!!!!
E qdo comunicamos o ocorrido, os funcionários tiveram muito descaso com o ocorrido. Chocante como lidaram conosco🥶
