Had a great time !!!
Pros:

I love everything about the property, things for every age group to do or to just relax by the pool or in your room.

Cons:

I don’t agree with the 30.00 dollar a day parking per car if you are staying the night, that adds a lot to what we already pay.

I will never visit again
Pros:

No customer service at all. Rooms never cleaned. First day changed $150 to be credited back. Never credited to my account

Cons:

Pool side not clean and electrical problems…. To much noise. Not enough pool….

The palmeras pool was nice but I didn’t enjoy being sent to an off grounds place to stay.
Pros:

The main grounds were beautiful but we were sent over to another property Jasmine Court that I never knew was apart of the villas

Cons:

I didn’t like being sent to a stay outside the grounds when the rest of my family was in villas 1.

We were able.to check in 1 room earlier which I appreciate. I called the front desk to follow up on the 2nd room I was on the phone for 30mins until I hang up. If you can add more staff to deal with queries..

Lots of activities for my 3 boys, very clean grounds and rooms, we were sad to leave.
Pros:

Felt like a home away from home but in beautiful paradise of Palm Desert. My 3 boys kept busy with basketball, pickleball, movies, pool/ping pong, and of course lots of swimming…we didn’t want to leave!

Cons:

Only 4 pickleball courts 🤷‍♀️

We loved our stay here and look forward to staying again.
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. everything we needed was there. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were in a great location. The pools and 24 hour gym were amazing.

Missed the mark

Cons:

Tried to check in at 4, which is check in time and was told our room wouldn’t be available for another hour. 5pm. Was only offered another room when I said that didn’t work for me. Neighbors were up ALL night partying the first night.
The second night Our AC was not working, it was 108 degrees outside. They came to fix it after 30 minutes. Needed to leave to get a part, came back and “fixed” it after an hour. Was trying to go to sleep, it was late, the room was above 80degrees. It took 2 more calls for them to come out and fix it. Wasn’t fixed till 11pm.
Disappointing.

Great pools and centrally located
Pros:

Pools and Quentin the pool check in young man was excellent and helpful ! Great asset to your company ! He was at the grill & bar pool ! Smiling and helping people with umbrellas and super personal able !

Cons:

they don’t clean rooms til 3rd day and by 130pm what’s the point when we are only staying 4 days
