Tolles Hotel mit schönen Spa Bereich, Kulinarisch sehr viel Luft nach oben

Das Frühstück war das beste am ganzen Tag.
Gemütliches Ambiente, sehr schöner Spa Bereich.
Zimmer waren urig, aber sehr schön und sauber.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Servicepersonal wirkte meistens genervt (bis auf das Barpersonal).
Sehr viele Fliegen im Restaurant, was ziemlich nervig ist.
Das Mittagsbuffet sowie Abendessen nicht auf 4 Sterne S Niveau; des Weiteren wird ein 5 Gänge Menü angepriesen, jedoch wird nur die Hauptspeise und Nachspeise serviert - der Rest musste vom buffet geholt werden, darauf sollte auf alle Fälle explizit darauf hingewiesen werden daher wir uns darauf sehr gefreut hatten.
Außerdem hatten wir leider während unseres ganzes Aufenthaltes Durchfall, was höchstwahrscheinlich auf das Essen zurück zuführen ist.
Das Wasser im SPA Bereich war für ein Baby zu kalt, des Weiteren wäre es toll gewesen wenn die Familien Ruhebereiche etwas wärmer gewesen wären.
