Kinder im ü16 Bereich, Geschirr teilweise verdreckt, mit dem öffentlichen Schwimmbad nebenan eine starke Lärmkulisse, welches das erholen schwierig macht

Pros:

Alles rund um Wellness war super angenehm und ruhig. Das Essen war super lecker. Auch der moderne Teil des Restaurants war super schön. Einfach rundum gemütlich. Ebenfalls hatten wir einen tollen Abend in der Hotelbar mit super Stimmung und DJ. Auch das Fitnessstudio ist wirklich Hervorragend.

Cons:

Leider war das Personal nicht sehr Freundlich. Einzelne waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich jedoch die meisten nicht. Ebenfalls war es unangenehm heiss im Zimmer, da keine Luftzirkulation stattfinden konnte mit einem Fenster. Ventilatoren gab es leider auch keine.

Pros:

Unser gebuchtes Zimmer entsprach zunächst nicht unseren Vorstellungen bzw. den Angaben auf booking. Das Personal hat uns dann zügig in ein größeres Zimmer derselben Kategorie umgebucht mit breiterem Bett und besserer Matratze.

Pros:

La propreté des locaux et de la chambre était irréprochable.
Le personnel était très agréable et poli. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont de qualité, avec un large choix permettant de satisfaire tous les goûts.
Les piscines et les infrastructures en général sont propres, entretenues, et très agréables.

Très bon séjour hors ce problème de bruit la nuit. Manque de clim!
Pros:

Hotel de qualité qui pratique la formule "all exclusive" au sens littéral tout au long de la journée.
Les repas sont bien conçus et de qualité.
Le spa est très bien organisé et agréable.
Compte tenu de la canicule, les piscines étaient très fréquentées.

Cons:

Avoir une chambre qui donnait sur la terrasse du restaurant voisin. Si l'isolation des fenêtres étaient efficace pour le bruit, avec la canicule nous ne pouvions dormir fenêtres ouvertes avant deux heures du matin. Le restaurant "Marshall" avait des clients tous les soirs qui dinaient sous nos fenêtres et faisaient donc du bruit!!!

Das Zimmer ist schön renoviert. Die Betten sind sehr gut.
Das Salatbuffet war sehr gut was die Auswahl und den Geschmack betrifft.

Cons:

Schade finde ich, dass es in einem Hotel in Österreich kein ordentliches Schwarzbrot zum Frühstück gibt.
Die Auswahl beim Essen war groß und immer reichlich vorhanden. Vom Geschmack wir nur beim Salat begeistert. Die Suppen zum Beispiel waren eher fad.
Da wir ein gutes Angebot hatten war es okay. Der reguläre Preis wäre mir zu teuer gewesen. Wir legen aber beim Essen sehr hohen Wert auf Qualität und nicht Quantität.
