Hotel sehr schön, aber keine versprochene Kinderbetreuung.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, die Lage auch.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Hotel wegen der Kinderbetreuung gebucht, die aber nicht stattfand! Auch das luxury Spa Programm konnte nicht wahrgenommen werden, weil es nur einen Masseur gab. Das war ein absolutes Minus.

Pros:

Ein Kellner wusste am 2. Tag welche Getränke man am Vortag hatte :-)!
Das servierte Essen, das Salatbuffet und das frische Brot am Abend ist sehr gut.
Alle Getränke und auch die Cocktails sind inklusive und von guter Qualität.
Für Unterhaltung ist gesorgt.
Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Schimmelflecken an den Fugen bei der Badewanne, das Duschen in der Badewanne ist auch nicht so toll, weil der Duschkopf kaum hält.
Um 8 Uhr werden schon die Liegen mit Handtüchern belegt.
Das Jausen-Buffet wird nicht nachgefüllt.
Weiche Eier sind hart.
Im Spa-Bereich ist oft kein Personal, damit man die nassen Badetücher gleich austauschen kann.
Hotel ist sehr hellhörig - da kommt es bestimmt darauf an, wo man einquartiert ist.

My only complaints concern the room cleaning: the floors were not mopped daily—not even in the bathroom—and hair was left on the floor. The tissues ran out on the very first day and were never replenished (there were only 4 or 5 of them to begin with), the glasses were not washed, and the only cleaning performed was making the bed.

Hat ein tolles Angebot,für alle etwas.

Cons:

Das Zimmer. Es war sehr düster,dunkel, brauchten oft künstliches Licht. Es war zum Innenhof gerichtet.

Pros:

Es wurde sich durchgängig bemüht alle Örtlichkeiten wie den Spa aber auch die Speisen zum Beispiel beim Buffet bestmöglich zu präsentieren.
