Pros:

This was my first stay in Turkey on a motorcycle tour from the UK, and it was exactly what I needed. Erdem was a superb and very helpful host. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the secure parking was a big bonus for my motorcycle. Outstanding value for money. I would happily recommend this hotel to other motorcycle travellers.

Quite OK for a short stay
Pros:

The pension is located in an old part of Izmir with the narrow streets and very local way of living. Overall it is OK place to stay for a few nights. I was staying for 2 weeks. I appreciate I was given large room with aircon and a small balcony. The breakfast was very modest - an egg, a few tomato and cucumber slices, cheese, sausage, marmalade, tea or coffee, bread. There was a fridge and a kettle in the room and also they provided some plates and forks which was very handy to have. The metro was 15 minutes walk downhill (back uphill, but I did not mind). There are places to eat and stores nearby, and the big shopping street in just a few block down. TV had one news channel in English.

Cons:

The balcony was dirty when I arrived. During my 2 weeks stay they installed the boiler, removed the boiler and did some other work in the apartment while I was trying to work, it was rather frustrating. No cleaning was done during 2 weeks, I ran out of toilet paper and had to solve rubbish bin issue by myself. Smoking - it is not something the hotel can do much about, but they are smoking everywhere and the smoke comes to the room through open windows. The lightening could be more bright as it was hard working in the evening.

Pros:

The hotel's parking was very useful since there is a hospital nearby and it's generally busy. Moreover the staff was very friendly and was willing to help. Overall very good value for money option.

Pros:

Расположение в оживленном районе. До моря идти далеко. Очень доброжелательные хозяева. Отличный сервис. Можно поставить в отеле машину т.к. рядом очень трудно найти место. Все необходимое в номере полотенце, шампунь, тапочки, вода. Для такого уровня цен это хорошо. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество.

Pros:

Мы остались очень довольны. Нас было трое взрослых и собака. Номер был просторный, постельное белье было идеальной чистоты. Окна большие - очень светлое помещение, но можно выспаться, так как есть затемненные шторы. В отеле есть лифт.
В кухне есть хорошая газовая плита, но также вокруг есть много кафе, чтобы перекусить.
Нам дали припарковать машину прямо перед входом в отель. Это очень важно!
Сотрудники на ресепшен были очень приятными в общении, чувствовалось, что нам рады! Спасибо за гостеприимство 🙌

Great location close to hospital and good value
Pros:

Good location for hospital and close to some fantastic restaurants. Staff very helpful. Massive room but very basic amenities. Great parking garage staff helped us with. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Hard to find parking to checkin but staff helpful in moving car. Very busy all day and night due to hospital but rooms quiet. Distance from main sights
