オーナーの女の人がとても優しかった。
飛行機が2時間以上遅れて真夜中の到着になってしまったけど、電話したら対応してくれた。
イアの観光地から徒歩で3分くらいのところにあるのでとても好立地。この立地でこの値段は安い。
朝食も無料でついてた。
ランドリーサービスがあればもっと良かった。

The best location in Oia, 4 minutes walking distance to Oia castle, the main street is just around the corner. Massive terrace, amazing view, sea view and Church next to the hotel. Breakfast was not included in price but the lady prepared it for everyone which was unexpected, very very old hotel with soul - I would not change it for any new apartment to stay at.

La posizione della struttura è centralissima, a due passi dalla Sunset Boulevard. La padrona ci ha accolte fin da subito con il sorriso offrendoci una stanza migliore rispetto a quella prenotata e la colazione la mattina.
Lo único bueno es la ubicación.
Para empezar los tratos del personal, si bien la señora intentaba ser amable le duraba poco tiempo cuando algo no le gustaba, como por ejemplo el que hayamos pagado por booking. Esto la enojó bastante ya que esperaba el dinero en efectivo ya que supuestamente booking le quitaba mucha comisión/impuestos. Le gritó a mi hermana y al final de todo le dijo bueno no hay problema ya está. Por otro lado ofrecen un desayuno gratuito el que entiendo yo no estás obligado a consumir ya que no fue pago, sin embargo se enojaba sino estabas ahí antes de las 9:30 para ello, comenzaba a gritar y a tocar las puertas. Eso si, te levantabas seguro porque se la pasaba gritándole al marido.
Las camas muy incómodas, al igual que las almohadas y solo un día pude bañarme con agua caliente porque le pedí que por favor prendiera el termotanque. El último día encontramos una garrapata enorme en la habitación.
En síntesis fue todo bastante incómodo, tanto que el último día que salimos temprano no nos despedimos de ellos.
The property is 4-minute walk to the blue dome oia. It’s the perfect spot if you plan to take memories/pictures of the touristic views. I also love the complimentary breakfast prepared by Marcos and his wife (owners) The chocolate cake was superb! Most importantly, the owners were so amazing and nice.
Nothing. I got more than what I paid for. The price was very affordable given its close proximity to the tourist spots.
I really don't understand a bit about the positive reviews about this hotel. What I do understand is that the location is super. For the rest I cannot say a lot of positive things. And above all the room was very very dirty. I even wondered if I came to the wrong location because the reviews quite good. De lady who welcomed me was not a real friendly person, she gave me another room first , because she could not believe I booked the other room and kept asking what I payed for the room on Booking. The other room was like an underground bunker without much daylight and smelled afwfull.
The bed was hard with a bumpy matrass, the room was a bit smelly like mould, it was not clean (was there cleaning?) There were long black hairs in the shower, there was a glass in the bathroom voor brushing your teeth. And it was such a dirty glass like it had been used for two guests before, full of toothpaste. The floor had stains and was sticky. De lady who welcomed me was not a real friendly person, she gave me another room first , because she could not believe I booked the other room and kept asking what I payed for the room on Booking. The other room was like an underground bunker without much daylight and smelled afwfull.

This hotel is operated by a couple. They are both very kind and welcoming. They're also very casual and chill. They were going to be out the next morning, so they even told me that I could check out later if I wanted to. As other people had commented already, the madame provided free breakfast. She also let me dry some of my clothes on the terrace upstairs. You can see a sunset view from the terrace too. I still went to the castle, but I would have gone to the terrace if the castle had been crowded. It was nice to have a backup plan.
The blanket was dusty and I got up feeling a tiny bit off. I didn't want to ask for a new blanket in fear of getting a dirtier one because the towels were dirty too. I'm pretty sure they were washed, but there was still some hair stuck on the towels, and one of them also had a bug stuck on it. There were some stains on them too as well as on the bed sheet. There were also many flies, live ones and a couple dead ones next to the shampoo, and two huge spiders in the bathroom. The toilet had a brown stain on the outside.

What I liked the most about this hotel was definitely the location and how caring and attentive the owners were with us. The place is in a perfect location, the room is spacious, and they always tried to help us with everything.
The only issue we had was with the shower water temperature. Sometimes the water wouldn’t get hot, maybe because many guests were showering at the same time. Aside from that, we had a really good experience.
Everything! The big terrace to watch famous sunset 🌅 and it was in the middle of everything! Not too crazy on stairs as oía is famous for. Great hospitality ❤️
Leak in restroom floor
Hosts were absolutely amazing, we had a very pleasant experience.
The property is very much ancient but it’s kept up very nicely. We enjoyed our stay there forsure. The breakfast was really nice and the view from the roof made it all the better!
It’s very old so you can hear everything going on in the hallways and such. Bring earplugs and all should be fine.
Pas trop cher au vu de la destination c est bizarre d être obligé de payer en liquide? On imagine une fraude ficale?!..
Pas de tapis de douche, bruyant a cause de travaux dans la maison d à côté, pas d ombre sur la terrasse ( je ne peux n exposer au soleil.
