Quarto de tamanho bom e confortável , ducha muito boa, vista da varanda agradável, meia pensão com muitas opções ( variadas ) no café da manhã e jantar, limpeza impecável do hotel, área das piscinas agradável , fornecem garrafinhas de água no quarto diariamente de cortesia ( porém limitada quantidade)
Falta uma música ambiente na área das piscinas assim com a estrutura de bar da piscina precisa melhorar, não tem picolé na área da piscina. Sobremesas do jantar muito doces. Piso da entrada do restaurante escorregadio. Falta uma equipe de espaço Kids ativa .

Quarto mofado, funcionários sem saber como lidar com situações de conflito, gestão ausente, café da manhã muito fraco. Decepcionante.
O hotel é excepcional. Atendimento impecável e comidas deliciosas tanto no café quanto no jantar. Recebemos docinhos ao longo do dia como cortesia. Os produtos de higiene são da loccitane, de excelente qualidade.
Infelizmente, tivemos alguns infortúnios durante a nossa estadia, o cartão magnético do nosso quarto parou de funcionar 3x e nos colocaram em um quarto sem vista para o mar, mesmo a gente tendo pago por um que deveria ter vista. Ficamos tristes com a situação, mas as alegrias da estadia foram maiores.

Tudo ótimo, fora a recepção.
Tivemos uma primeira impressão negativa. Reservamos um quarto para ir após nosso casamento e a recepção não ajudou em nada a facilitar o check in. Mandamos mensagem pelo booking, o cerimonialista entrou em contato para facilitar o checkin e mesmo assim tivemos que fazer todo o processo ao chegar de madrugada cansados. Com o detalhe que não havia manobrista e ninguém pegou nossas malas. O recepcionista se limitou a fechar a cara e informar que “só me avisaram que vocês chegariam tarde”.

Was booked and supposedly paid through booking . On arrival I was told I could only pay with Pix, which I don’t have. Despite my card being digital and not virtual they says not possible to use it as it’s a virtual card?? So I left , they tried to say I never arrived for check - in - sounds like an expensive scam - was €700 3500 reil so not exactly an easy amount to have in cash . So bad experience.

Descumprimento Código de Defesa do Consumidor. O hotel impõe regras que afrontam o CDC (art. 39, IX), ou seja, se julgam acima da legislação vigente.
As TVs são arcaicas, mal pegam streamings, como YouTube e Netflix.
