Fantastic hotel in a great position.
It was a shame that the road at the front was under construction which was a little inconvenient. No way the hotels fault.
I knew this hotel was gong to be special given the highly responsive way in which the team managed my requests in the lead up to our arrival for five nights. When our private guided tour to Sagrada Família was cancelled by a Trip Advisor provider, Leo stepped in and found us last minute tickets. Upon arriving Leo and Raul were exceedingly helpful in orientating us to our location and explaining which galleries and restaurants to visit. The hotel is centrally located on Las Ramblas with tasteful interiors. Housekeeping is also first class with our room maintained beautifully with a special treat left for you each evening.
I wasn’t the first time for me here and I’m sure it wasn’t the last. This is a best place for visiting the city. A very nice place with very kind people.
Location very central and easy to access from Placa de Catalunya; really the rooftop access; staff were friendly, informative and supportive
Nothing except that present construction work on the Rambla is disruptive and especially difficult for taxis to access the property
Customer service was superb! We were assisted in getting a taxi to the airport, restaurant recommendations, things to do, etc. We were able to check in right away, even though it was before 3PM which was a great plus. The location is unbeatable. Overall very happy with our stay.
