It was ok, for a 4 stars hotel, some work to rooms and menus will lift hotel’s level and standing
Pros:

Location, and staff amazing service ( Mona housekeeping, Youstina(s) , Youseff FO, Ahmed from Bistro, Bavli & Mohamed (RS)

Cons:

Rooms very old, carpets, furniture, bathtub slippery and dangerous, not suitable for handicap or elderly

Menus very limited and food not consistent between room service and restaurant plus you don’t get what is described in menu ( club sandwich ordered from room service was cheese and cold beef!! . Two eggs anyway breakfast , asked for fried, got omelette!!?

Pros:

Staff is amazing, Mona from housekeeping went above and beyond to accommodate my 95 years old mom needs 😊. Bavli and Youssef from room service very professional and friendly

Cons:

Property is not handicap accessible!!! Rooms carpet and furniture/ wardrobe very old, not at level of 4 stars hotel!! Again shower tubs not accessible for elderly and handicap! Menu is very limited
