Upon arriving at the Mövenpick Tahlia Hotel, we encountered a problem at the hotel entrance. There was a cart parked at the entrance, which caused some difficulty when we were getting out of the taxi. The taxi driver then left quickly, which resulted in some of our luggage being left in the taxi.

We had to insist that the driver return the luggage and, as a result, we were required to pay another taxi fare.
