All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. According to Law 1098 of 2006.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
The entry and registration of minors in the hotel must be carried out by one of their parents, presenting the birth certificate and the identity document of the minors. If they are not accompanied by their parents, it must be done by the adult responsible for the minor, who must have authorization from at least one of the parents. The authorization must be signed and validated by one of the parents, and must also indicate that the minor is under their care.
Property requires that the credit card used to make the reservation is presented at check-in with an valid ID. The property reserves the right to reject reservations at check-in if the requirement isn't met.
In case that the cardholder isn't the same as the guest, the hotel requires a clear copy of the credit card and photo ID (front and back) signed by the cardholder. The property will cancel any reservation suspicious of using fraudulent credit cards.

La ubicación es perfecta, con acceso a su playa privada, en relación al aeropuerto es perfecto también, el desayuno tipo buffet y con distintos alimentos disponibles más la fruta fresca complementa perfectamente.
La señal de Wi-Fi fue un poco débil.

No salia casi agua de las duchas, el hotel me pareció ya muy viejo, el desayuno era bueno pero no sentía que el personal fuera mas alla de lo que le tocaba. Por el precio no volveria a quedarme acá, la verdad me sentí algo engañado.

The double standard room DID NOT have a single window, it was like a cell. Overpriced. Overall it did not look like a 5 star hotel, the decoration and furniture was very old.

Localização com muitos restaurantes, em frente ao mar que é muito gostoso apesar de não ser aquele mar verde do caribe.
Goos lication, staff were great to help solve an issue with the room selected via Booking.com and gave us a room upgrade without additional cost.
I selected a room based in the information provided on Booking.com. to my surprise, and thanks to the reception staff that were very honest about it, the room didn't have real windows or view.
The room specifications didn't mention anything about the window, and the pictures available are not accurate

Me pusieron en la habitación 801 y pedí que me cambiaran porque estaba encima de los motores, incluso asumiendo un precio mayor, y me cambiaron a la 1201 porque decían que allí no sonaban, y en el silencio de la noche era como estar encima de ellos, con lo que tuve que usar tapones, menos mal que fue una noche.
