All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. According to Law 1098 of 2006.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
The entry and registration of minors in the hotel must be carried out by one of their parents, presenting the birth certificate and the identity document of the minors. If they are not accompanied by their parents, it must be done by the adult responsible for the minor, who must have authorization from at least one of the parents. The authorization must be signed and validated by one of the parents, and must also indicate that the minor is under their care.
Property requires that the credit card used to make the reservation is presented at check-in with an valid ID. The property reserves the right to reject reservations at check-in if the requirement isn't met.
In case that the cardholder isn't the same as the guest, the hotel requires a clear copy of the credit card and photo ID (front and back) signed by the cardholder. The property will cancel any reservation suspicious of using fraudulent credit cards.
In accordance with Colombian tax laws, a 19% VAT is applied to Colombian residents and non-residents who do not have the PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 or TP12 visa when entering the country. This amount will be added to the room rate. Package rates are exempt from this 19% VAT.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

El cuarto. Muy amplio y muy agradable. El baño turco y el servicio de masaje estuvieron excelente. El desayuno estuvo bastante completo y variado.
El trato inicial con el personal no fue agradable. Me registré a las 2:35 pm y me hicieron esperar hasta las 3 pm para entregarme la habitación a pesar de que les indiqué que veníamos cansados. A las 3 pm la habitación seguía sin estar lista y todavía se tardaron 20 minutos más.
La ubicación
La atencion del personal de recepción tampoco la primera habitación pues fue necesario pagar mucho mas por un cambio de habitación.

Fui para Colômbia e passei meu cartão de crédito VISA em vários estabelecimentos o ÚNICO lugar que passou em dólares e não pesos foi esse hotel.
Ninguém soube depois explicar, ninguém deu retorno decente por e-mail. Achei um absurdo passaram em dólares sem me avisar e sem minha autorização o prejuízo financeiro desse ato é quase R$1000 a mais nas diárias só pelo fato de terem passado em dólares. Não recomendo. Agiram de má fé.

Había mal olor en la habitación, se oía mucho ruido de los establecimientos cercanos por la noche.
No me gustó que no tuvieran rótulos en buffet de desayuno, por lo que hacía difícil saber que eran algunas de las comidas.
El Hotel no lo aconsejo es un abuso, te cobran por todo. Solo te colocan 20 ml de shampoo si necesitas mas para tu estadía tiene un costo.

El Hotel es pésimo no le aconsejo a nadie ir alli el personal que trabaja es abusivo, en la entrada te hacen firmar un contrato ridículo y abusivo, el desayuno no tiene variedad
